It is super powerful (I'm writing this from my basement office and the router is upstairs), sleek, and was easy to setup. I was able to set up the router quickly using the quick set-up guide and the App, and then make further changes using a web browser. Very impressed and I hope that this will be the last home network purchase I make for quite some time!

Very simple to use router with blazing fast speeds. The netgear app makes managing all your devices with this router extremely easy. I ended up buying the netgear defender security after the free trial because it makes it so easy to manage internet threats. Wifi 6 works great with this router and my wifi speed is pretty close to my Ethernet speed. Works great as a Ethernet splitter with no dropped speed.

This Wifi 6 enabled router is awesome! The 1Gbps speeds coming through my router are in no way throttled coming through the router! The nighthawk companion app is easy to use and feature rich!! You can't go wrong with this router..!!!

One of the best For its price and everything included this router is fantastic and it comes with a year of the security and it is fast too it brought my speed up from 50 mbps to 600 mbps

Great signal throughout the apartment (1000sqft). Very easy to setup I think from unboxing to getting all my devices connected took 30 minutes tops, maybe less. My TV is in a different room and I was worried about buffering or moments of lower picture quality but that never happened not once. I would recommend

I am not well versed in routers, so all I can say is this one came highly recommended to me by peers, retail employees, and random internet articles. And it HAS NOT disappointed. The East Coast is plug and play. When I lived in Philly, DC, Atlanta, and Miami I just let the provider install a box and I was good to go. After moving back to the Midwest recently I found out that I needed a router for one reason or another. I guess there is no fiber here and Spectrum doesn’t send them, or I didn’t opt for one. Regardless my wife and I landed with the Uhaul and I needed to get her internet access for work ASAP and following the MANY recommendations I saw for the Nighthawk did not lead me astray. I am very happy with my purchase - exceeds expectations and looks cool.

Upgraded from an older model of the same brand. The old one was awesome. Impressed with the speed increase over the older model. Setup is easy, just make sure the network on your computer or phone is set to the new router. Highly recommend router,

The router was easy to set up. You can set it up manually but they do suggest you use the Night Hawk app. Resetting the original password was easy as well. Overall I'm happy with the router so far. It's powerful and a bit more compact compared to my previous one.

So far the Nighthawk has been reliable and has a good range. We are able to easily connect to the internet from the farthest point in our backyard which is 300' long. I recommend this router to anyone who has FIOS but does not want to buy or rent the one Verizon offers.

The router that my internet provider is always up and down, so I got fed up and bought my own router. The speeds on this router are amazing. I have an L shaped single story 1600sq ft house, and the entire house gets a great signal from this router. I definitely recommend this if you are looking for an updated router.

I'm so happy with my new router, I just had to give it five stars. It did however replace a 20 yr old Netgear router (I kid you not), so I suppose I had no where to go but up! Seriously, I've got great range, steady streaming and an easy install!

We spoke with a sales associate about our internet problems andthis is what he sugested. So far we have been very pleased with not only the speeds, but the stabilityof our home wifi. It was a fairy easy setup. Would definately recomend.

I liked the fact that it was easy to setup. My parents old router took a crap and so they wanted a new one. It took about 15 minutes to set up and connect all of their devices to and has some pretty great speeds.

This works great with my wired spectrum. So much better speed than my old one. The coverage is great too. Even reaches in the basement (not top speed but way better than no signal with the old one). I love the app that goes with it too!!

Great router. Using with Spectrum cable Internet. Love the ability to manage/schedule specific device access, as well as the ability to disable WiFi on a schedule. Performance is great as well. Definitely recommend this to others. Note: I'm not sure what happened, but I kept getting errors while trying to setup using the app (as per directions). For some reason it would not pickup an IP address via DHCP from the Spectrum Cable modem. Ultimately had to connect to the web configuration interface via laptop browser to get it working. After rebooting both router and modem about 4 times, when I logged back into the configuration portal through the browser, it magically picked up an IP from Spectrum. It was all smooth sailing after that. No idea why it didn't work after first reboot.

I went in search of a new router when my second Linksys bit the dust. BestBuy helped me pick out this one. I couldn't be more pleased as the setup was extremely easy. The router is very fast as well. And so far so good.

I have always been a fan of Netgear products and this router delivers for sure. Easy setup, quality features, and good old Netgear Reliability. 10/10 reccomend

Wow - what a difference now in our wifi upload and download speeds. We couldn't be happier and this was so EASY to set up thanks to the walk-through instructions. Thank you NETGEAR!

Strong router signal. Currently using it as a router downstream of a Spectrum router and its working really well! It has strong range and the Nighthawk app is really well formatted.

Great speed, easy to setup via web browser or the Netgear app on a smartphone. I love the fact the Nighthawk app has a speed test and a wifi strength feature built-in.
