While it's a great router and I love the security that comes with in the app. However, when my mother tried to install it in her own home after I recommended it to her she had a hard time to connect her devices so I don't know for people her generation could make the instructions more plain and simple. Silly I know but I know it would help for people that age 60+ But again, great product and I would recommend!

The net gear nighthawk has been great. We were having so much trouble with wifi but now we do not have any trouble. I was renting a router from spectrum and you had to be right in front of it to have internet but now the net reaches all over the house that is 1700 sq ft

I opted to not get equipment from my ISP and pay an additional monthly fee. This router is fast! And it holds security features that I would've otherwise been paying for monthly. If you need a router, definitely take a look at this one. You won't be disappointed.

We were able to remove the wi-fi extender from our back room once we'd installed this item. Getting our wi-fi to connect in that room was previously difficult. Now, with several devices sometimes going at the same time, we have no issue. Additionally, we get phishing scam alerts from the router, which I don't recall as an option with our other one.

Fantastic unit! Great technical support! This was actually the 2nd unit I've bought. This one was for a farm / farm-house / ag installation - and it made wifi available in areas that were previously unreachable by the Internet Service Provider's default junk router.

Works great! Great coverage and easy setup. Used to replace gateway router from Verizon Fios. Much better coverage and even wifi outside. 1900 square foot house. Verizon router wouldn’t make it past the walls to outside and reduced signal on second floor. Took a while to figure out what I could use with Fios and had multiple people at Best Buy tell me different modems and routers. This one was suggested by a guy that actually knew what he was talking about. Took all of 20 mins to install and setup

When our internet service providers, router wasn't doing the job we knew we needed something better. Therefore, we chose to go with a Nighthawk AX2400 and haven't looked back. This product is night and day compared to what we originally had, just amazingly faster internet.

My old Netgear R7000P I had for years and was dying out I wasn't getting hardly any speeds and getting booted offline quite a bit. I didn't get it at first because I have fiber optics. I tested on my old router, 41.8 mbps download and 4.3 mbps upload on my provider's speed test. After buying this new one at Best Buy, now my speed test results are, 97.5 mbps download and 92.3 mbps upload. These results are from my Omen 25L Desktop Gaming Computer that is hard wired though a Netgear AX6000 WiFi extender. I still can't believe the results! Even my cell phone is much faster since it is connected through the new router at my house. Setup was very easy unlike the old router have difficulties all the time and not working well with the nighthawk app. I highly recommend this router!
