Customers praise the Nighthawk AX3600 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System for its ease of use, excellent coverage, and quick setup. Many appreciate the improved range and strong signal strength, leading to better performance. However, some users experienced connectivity problems and found the accompanying app to be less than satisfactory. A few also commented on the system's higher price point.

This system is perfect, my internet drop is in my basement (where my home office is) so wi-fi connection is spotty in the rest of the house, but with this system i can space out the three Mesh systems and get full coverage with no issues, and now have full signal in my backyard.

After upgrading to this from the Google Nest mesh system, my data speeds are higher throughout the entire house. The setup is super easy as well.

I used to be an EERO mesh router user until I swiched to Gig internet, the EERO system that supports GIG is terrible, that is when I discovered the Netgear Nighthawk system. It is fantastic. Plug and go, no external modem/router is needed, the app is very easy to use and I have great signal throughout my house. It is also about $200 cheaper than EERO!

This mesh system is great. We have a large home and we have them on all 3 floors and we never have an issue with the network. When the Grandkids are here we usually have all TVs, iPads and laptops on and never have a problem

I can’t say enough about how awesome these are! Previously had used a mesh network sever years ago and wasn’t impressed with the speed. Of course I have faster internet speeds now but this was fantastic in ease of connection, configurability and value. Got them for a great price for being a total tech member.

Purchased Nighthawk to replace an Orbi router that gave "Connected No Internet" error to WiFi devices frequently. Switched ISPs from Mediacom to Metronet, same issue so not ISP related. Nighthawk started doing same thing. Had Geek Squad out twice, no solution. Replaced Nighthawk with Eero and it works great. I can only conclude something in my house does not play well with Netgear. That said, when it worked it worked great! Fast speeds, app is filled with features and you the ability to log straight into the router for advanced setup. I have seen a lot of great reviews and do not doubt people have had good experiences. Unfortunately, did not work for me.

When i first set up this system, it was pretty good. I rid expect a little more out of a $400 system, but it was serving us well for a few months. The Nighthawk app and parental controls are useful tools. Within a few months, we started having connectivity and speed issues. A system reboot was typically required every week or so to ge the unit back to working order. We had become used to doing this. After anout 14 months, one of the satellite units stopped working. We called Netgear, they said the unit was out of warranty and they would not provide a replacement unit. Troubleshooting further was going to require me to buy a service plan from Netgear! Despite my objection, they would not budge. I took it to Best Buy in hopes that they vould help me out with a replacement unit. Much to my displeasure, they would not help either. So, I spent $400 on a system that failed after 14 months and neither the manufacturer, nor the retail place from which i purchased the unit was willing to help me out. So, 1 star it is. Happy wifi shopping.
