Stay away!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this router October, 16 2023. Started having issues with the router may 11th 2024. Tech support wants to charge me $899.99 for 2 years of tech support. Called customer service to get an RMA, they said i can only get a replacement if its with in 37 days of purchase!. Never again will i ever buy Netgear again.

Easy to use, not reliable.

Modifying my modem/router combo unite was kind of a mess. Devices will connect just fine but will randomly lose internet access. Also there are tremendous amounts of issues with bonjour enabled deivces (Apple) these issues have been identified by users of Netgear and there doesnt seem to be any solution.

Mesh with Benefits

The satellites are truly plug-n-play just as a mesh system should work. Great speeds, great design. Did I miss anything? They didn’t!

Great Upgrade

I knew I wanted a mesh system to cover the entire house (just under 3,000 sqft) and extend our signal into the backyard (one satellite in the back of the house). After some research I settled on the Nighthawk Tri-band Mesh and have no complaints: great coverage and using 4 laptops, 2 iPads, 4 phones, 3 TVs, and 3 game consoles with no slowdown. Couldn’t have asked for a better system to fit our needs.

Turned out to an expensive mistake. My family was complaining all the time for about two weeks. I decided to bite the bullet and go with these Nighhawk AX 3600 MK83 Wi-fi6 system. I can honestly say that it made a HUGE!!! difference. My wife is on video calls all the time for work and she's very happy! She was getting dropped calls all the time with the old system. I strongly recommend this product!!!!

Overcoming Concrete Barriers with Netgear

Given the size of my residence, there is a need for wide Internet coverage inside of the home. Enter the Netgear Tri-band Mesh Wifi 6. With the main router and 2 satellites, I am able to have the strongest WiFi signal in every corner of the home. It has allowed me to overcome the concrete barriers, so to speak.

Worth it

I got 3 of these, main one in the central living room and the satellites on each end of the house. These work great. I get strong seamless coverage all thru my house, basement and it carries my back patio too. Worth it.
