After being a loyal Netgear customer for years, it only made sense to use them for a mesh system as I was adding a 10 camera HD security system. Especially, because of all of the features including network haul back and the fairly good reviews. What I experienced was a system that would run great for a few months and then need to be rebooted every other day. On top of all of that, in order to reconnect to the satellites, I had to disconnect the haul back to the satellites and then perform multiple reboots to get them to communicate again. Dropping the packet size helped a little but the problem always returned. After many months of this, I used my warranty at BB to get a new set because this was obviously just a bad unit right? Well after a couple of months, the new hardware was doing the exact same thing. I retuned them and purchased a Linksys AX 3600 satellite set and have had zero issues since. Every quarter or so now, I will do a reset from the app and it works seamlessly without any headaches. Three minutes later and all 25 or so devices are singing in the choir. Sorry Netgear, I tried, but the Nighthawk system was a fail for me. YMMV, but I am not missing any of that pain and I am so thankful that BB saved the day with very affordable warranties. One of the many reasons that I am a loyal BB customer as well.

I have bought 2, the 1st one went out in a year. The second wont connect to my appliances and stuff that the previous one use to. Worst of All they Keep Charging me! First was $300.00 for a new set of routers, then $400.00 for Nighthawks so called Security on said Router and the lastest thing is another $160.00 for extra coverage!! For the same stuff that was connected to it in the First place!! Dont Do it!!

Our large house now has dependable wi-fi in all the rooms. A big improvement over a single extender.

Had to return this product. It was not working well in my house. Internet company blamed the router and the router company blamed internet company so not sure what the issue was.

At the recommendation of the Best Buy employee, I first purchased the eero 6 AX1800 Dual-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6 System. It was an absolute fail. It would not cover the area I needed and was not even compatible with my remote camera system. While returning the Eero unit, the BB employee at the register recommended the Nighthawk system. Much better range and compatibility; I am very pleased with this unit so far!

I love this Netgear Nighthawk System. It brought a major boost to our home wifi service. The service technician even stated that it was better than what our service provider had to offer.

Incredible range and speed, way beyond the router I use to have. Go go now and getch you one

Good price for the buck good signal and other things

I’ve had another Netgear Nighthawk router that I loved so I thought we’d give the Nighthawk Mesh system a try. Setup and use were super easy with the app and I’ve been very pleased with the coverage we’re now getting in our apartment. I can’t wait to see how it performs once we move into a house. Luckily, it was on sale and with some Best Buy rewards, we were able to pick it up for under $300.

After dealing with tons of drops with all types of mesh/node routers and this is the best I've had so far.

Excellent product; this product extended the distance and coverage of my WIFI significantly. It has made coverage of the entire house with no dead spots easy. Expensive but worth it.

Works very well. We do a lot of streaming amd online gaming no issies with wifi!

The first time the government has made such promises

Bought this Tri band mesh router after my 3 yr old dual band router conked out. Have to say this is a great product and so far great connectivity with no dead zones on all three levels of my house. Took me about 30 mins to unpack, download the app and set it up. It’s a pretty good product for the price I paid and would recommend to anyone looking for a router for a large home.

Started out great but lost the internet off and on. Product died short of one year use. Was able to cover a large house and some of the one acre yard. Up to 25 devices at one time.
