Overall the product has been nothing but issues. Random disconnects, slow speeds, bottlenecking, satellites randomly dropping I’m in the RMA process because the Ethernet port just stopped working. 4 months old

If you can get it running its fast. But it's plagued with subscription requests and ultimately unreliable. Would not recommend.

I turned in the router I had been renting through my fiber internet provider for 5 years and bought the Netgear Nighthawk TriBand 3-pack. The newer technology renders much better download and upload speeds, there is no clocking while streaming on multiple devices and no more dead spots in the house. Very pleased.

The install would not go well for someone who has not installed an in-home network before. The product seems to assume a lot on behalf of the installer.

Worked from april 28 until nov 26. So this was a terrible buy. Do not buy these. They should last longer than 7 months. They never move and were well taken care of. This is the 2nd netgear product ive had not make it 1 year and i grudgingly let the person talk me into this brand. Never again

I had bad luck with this product and with Netgear themselves. My base station went out, which they replaced. Then the replacement base went out with the same issue and they told me it was out of warranty. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Look at TP-Link or Ubiquity.

When the router works it’s great. The problem is that it never wants to work. Every single day, sometimes multiple times a day this router needs to be rebooted. The router says it’s connected to the internet and you can even do a speed test and see these amazingly fast speeds you have. But none of your devices with have a connection at all. It just stops working randomly and needs to be rebooted. Please do not waste your money. I am stuck with this junk until I get fed up with rebooting it everyday and spend more money to get another router.

Experienced a lot of drops with printer and Mac book pro. Had to reboot devices to reconnect. Random delays when connecting to web sites from search. Returned and purchased lynksys mx2000 and had no issues. Don't know why I had drops with Netgear AX3600 but near had issues before and after replacing with a different router.
