I absolutely love this router! It is poweful enough to project a signal from the basement of my 6000 square foot home! I am able to get a strong signal all the way from my upstsirs office. I would reccomend this router for anybody who doesn't want to spend a fortune but still wanr to have a powerful and reliable signal.

Works pretty well. I needed assistance from netgear setting it up. They charged me which I thought was unfair considering how much the product costs. I also needed a wifi extender to connect my ring floodlight. Occasionally I lose the wifi connection to my smart tv upstairs .

I have a 300 mbps plan and I had drop outs all the time... After getting off the phone with tech support we determined it couldn't handle the number of items I have using wifi... After switching over to this unit my drop offs are gone! Thank you Nighthawk!

Bought this due to the fact it was on sale for a same price as the ac1900, and it was for the new wifi 6. Didn't take long for me to realize that the OFDMA wifi 6 protocol pretty much made it where none of my devices in the house could connect to the internet. That is including my new Samsung S10+, which is supposed to be able to use the new ax connection. There have been a few updates that helped some usability, but the QOS options for gaming are not as good as the ac1900, and so this device will leave a lot to be desired if you want to use it for gaming. Also, now I can not even get into the router log in page. I believe I am going to be returning it

We were looking at a inexpensive modle, but this one was recommended, so we purchased it. Glad we did. It is reliable and the internet has not bogged down with 6 or more usets. We also have the option of an open guest user plus our secure user.

This is an amazing choice for an entry tier AX router. It definitely performs beyond its class in my 2 bedroom apartment with more than 15 WiFi devices. All of my larger bandwidth devices (Smart TV’s are Ethernet hard lined).

My internet provider warned against the NETGEAR as they said it is harder to set up than others. Glad I talked to the associate because it wasn't hard to set up at all with the smartphone. This is working great for my house.

Purchased this router in addition to a modem so we could cut the cable company cord. everything was easy to set up and so far no problems. Waiting for next month to see the savings after saying bye bye cable company

Helped my old 7000 take off. Use one at each end of my dads rather large house. They work very well together. Updates worked well.

We opted for a new router and modem that were separate. This router was super easy to set up and I can control access from an app on my phone. We haven't had any problems at all, Great purchase that will pay off.

When it functions, the range and speed are terrific. Unfortunately, I have to reset and otherwise waste time troubleshooting on a daily basis. It persistently says you have entered an incorrect password, whether you leave it on the default password or create your own. A few google searches revealed this to be a common issue with these NETGEAR routers. Get ANYTHING else.
