Amazing product, brought it down to an University down in Mexico, we connected 100 devices with MAC restrictions and after that we lifted that and are hosting around 200 students (not at the same time) maybe 30 at a time, works great

Our old router was outdated and we needed something that would have a strong enough signal to reach the garage for our wifi garage door opener. The sales person was awesome at guiding me to what would work best. We chose the NETGEAR - Nighthawk AX4200. This router works great! It was sooo easy to set up and I love that I get notifications when new devices are connected and when there might be a threat to the system.

So far, this is the best router I have ever used, and it is perfect for my home in terms of providing near-gigabit internet at good ranges. It was also very easy to setup, and the app is intuitive. NETGEAR ARMOR has also been a great addition and has been able to highlight risks as well as protect me from them when browsing the internet.

The router has great security because it comes with BitDefender. The setup and management is simple it you have a good understanding of networking. The Wi-Fi speed is limited to 600 Mbs. So the statements of is can support up to 2 Gig speeds is not true for the Wi-Fi speed. I am happy with it. You will need an extender because signal lost.

Bought and set this up for my parents. It was fairly easy to setup and works pretty well. FYI I’ve only had this for a month or so. Range is good for the open floor plan of the house. A good unit that is a good balance of function, features, and performance.

Works better then the one we had. 5 stars. I used to have to use signal extenders but those are now a thing of the past now that we have this one. Also make sure youre getting the full bandwidth you are paying for before you replace your old one. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE SPECTRUM. THE LIED AND SAID IT WAS DOWN ON OUR END THEN WE I REPLACED THIS AND CALLED BACK THE TECH ON THE PHONE LET ME KNOW I WAS GETTING 25% OF THE BAND WIDTH I WAS PAYING FOR 1 STAR FOR SPECTRUM!!!

I am really impressed with this Router, it is exactly what I needed for my new fiber optics system. It has made everything a lot easier and simple. It allows me to run everything upstairs as well as downstairs.

Very easy to set right out of the box. The four multi position antennas give us great coverage. We have about 17 devices connected to it with no issues. Highly recommend

This is my second Nighthawk, purchased a much earlier version 10 years ago and that one worked great. Gave me long range both inside and outside my home and was easy to manage.

Noticed a drastic difference in my internet performance on day one. Ping is lower, upload is higher, speed is about the same as I was receiving on my old router but there’s no more lag or dropped connections. 6hours of gameplay on the next gen and the stream looks amazing.

Excellent product. Store associate was very helpful and recommended this product after he understood my router needs. I was using an older router. The Netgear router improved the speed more than doubled. The Geek Squad installed the router and connected all of devices. A wonderful experience at great price!

Works flawlessly and fast. Im playing console games and several smart TV's, home security and electronic gadgets was connected and the speed is stable, fast and reliable.

It was finally time to upgrade our modem and WiFi router after almost 10 years of using the same old Netgear router and modem. This upgrade has been awesome! I had no idea how much WiFi capabilities had changed. Our household uses a lot of WiFi enabled devices and this router handles our needs with ease! We don’t pay for gig speed internet but our new modem and WiFi router consistently offer up over 900mbps download speeds. Setup was extremely simple and the nighthawk app makes it super easy to do speed check and network monitoring!

This router offers reliable high end performance and terrifically easy set-up. I bought this router to replace a competitor’s router that was always difficult to manage and stopped working after 18 months; this Netgear router is flat-out superior to my previous router.

The range reaches across the 1400 ft length of our house, as well as upstairs to our studies. Easy to install using the app. Accommodates our 300-400 mgbp internet speed.

This is a very good router. Easy to set up and very reliable. The he wife range is excellent.

I did return this item since a router upgrade was not the correct diagnosis. However, I definitely plan to buy this exact model when I do. In my short experience, I enjoyed the security features and faster WiFi speeds I was able to obtain. It did not need to be restarted once and that was awesome! Also looks really cool!

Easy setup. Good signal. Gives me the coverage i need in a 4 bedroom home.
