The setup with the app is incredibly easy. Up and running in minutes. Noticeably faster than the unit it replaced.

This thing delivers WiFi 6 and I'm able maintain gig speeds so I can't complain. Just wish for the price I was able to use it to split out true separate VLANs and not rely on guest vs 5 ghz vs 2.4 ghz, but I guess that's what you should expect from a commercial grade router. So working fine with some creative network management but expensive for what it is. Also, had to call Netgear to get it to activate despite being an IT professional and doing everything correctly. Seems like every Netgear product I've purchased lately requires you to call their support and have them push a firmware update or otherwise grant activation rights despite what their KBs indicate.

I love my new netgear nighthawk router. I have always stuck to this brand and have never had a problem. Easy set up and great for the amount it cost to buy a new upgraded product.

This thing is sweet straight out of the bat. looks cool as hell like some kind alien spaceship and is something you want to display rather than hide behind some monitor or something like it. Highly recommended for that bump needed for faster Internet speed, lower speeds are cool for gaming like that 50-75ish mbps but nobody wants to sit around for 5hrs waiting on a game to download, that new 310mbps turns that 5 into maybe 1:30.

First off, the set up process was seamless and easy with the Nighthawk app. The step by step process was clear and precise. Since we went from 1 Netgear product to another, the replacement was completely seamless. I believe it took me under 15 minutes total. I was more stressed than what it actually took to get it going. I do suggest keeping your same passwords and network name until after moving to the new router. Our home is 2 level and just over 2k ft sq, I have not needed any additional pods to get great coverage.

Set up is quick and easy. Used previous SSID and password so family, smart devices and dvr’s automatically connected. Range covers the whole house and streaming to four devices at once. Zoom meetings and HD TV simultaneously without any noticeable problem. Using the app, it’s easy to monitor and configure.

This router is 30% faster...it was so easy to set up. I love the fact I can always trust NETGEAR.
