Setup was easy with the included instructions. The router is able to cover my home pretty reliably with great speeds. Gaming with this router has been the biggest improvement as you can set up which devices get priority bandwidth and also set a limit on which gaming servers are used when playing online. The included DUMAos has made changing router settings very easy and also has an app that can be downloaded to any smartphone. The Nighthawk app also allows you to monitor your network on the go as well. Overall a great purchase.

Good replacement for my outdated NETGEAR R7000. Easy to set up with the Nighthawk app and connectivity is very stable with good coverage for my condo.

It's a router. It does what it's supposed to. I have good coverage throughout the house. It's located under a stairwell in the middle of the basement, so fairly obstructed but strong signal everywhere I need it to be in a 2100 sqft 2-story house. Setup through the Nighthawk app was a breeze.

I have a TP Link Archer which cost me almost $800, this router at half the cost is faster, more reliable and easier to use. I have roughly 40 connections between cameras, tvs, phones, computers, gaming systems, and etc.. This router handles it with ease.

This router was a fantastic purchase. Setup was simple and it drastically improved my WiFi throughout my home. Our internet provider had recommended the pods that they provide and they were terrible. This router immediately improved our WiFi. And with a total of 16 devices on our network we have yet to see any issues with the WiFi being bogged down.

We have a large house and we found the router from your provider was just awful. We are now able to get a really good signal even at the farthest point in the house away from the router. I also tested Internet speed on each channel, even at the farthest point we can stream 4K easily. Note: I disabled the radios on my old router and strictly use the Nighthawk.

We had the older Nighthawk R700 but it was starting to have connectivity issues. So, got this and noticed an improvement in range and signal strength. Was able ro stop using an extender. And, BB stood by their price match policy so all's good.

I bought this to extend the number of 2.5 ghz devices because my older net gear router was maxed out. I use the new device as my primary and have a wired connection to the older router. Everything thing is working great and I am no longer experiencing intermittent outages of my security cameras

It's easy to set-up due to the app. The coverage is great - even into a large adjacent room. The speed is the best we've ever had from NETGEAR.

Hitting a full 1gb download speeds with this router! Had some trouble initially with Apple products, but figured it out by searching online and changing some settings. Great for gaming and is able to reach my entire 2600sqft house

I bought this router to replace a different router that no longer offers top-notch speeds. Went from 150 to 500 so really happy with the router. Easy to set up, but some devices had to be re-installed on the wi-fi network

I bought this NETGEAR Nighthawk AX5400 Wi-Fi 6 Router (RAX50) in conjunction with the NETGEAR Nighthawk 2.5Gbps Internet Speed Cable Modem with Voice (CM2050V). The CM2050V does not have an internal Wi-Fi router, which is what I desired. In the future, I did not want to be forced to upgrade both modem and Wi-Fi/router functions when one or other became outdated or defective. In the process of installing the modem and router, I installed a NETGEAR 24 Port Gigabit Switch (JGS524v2). I retraced and tested all my Cat6E wired ports throughout the house. I plugged in my patch cables, and I was off and running. Except for a few older pieces of hardware running at 10/100, 96% of the LAN was running at 1 Gig speed. First thing, I logged into the modem and router, seamlessly, and with ease, changed the login passwords, and tweaked a few settings. Most of the factory settings were spot on for Xfinity ISP service. For my outside, wrap-around porch area, I added a NETGEAR Insight Managed WiFi 6 AX3600 Dual Band Multi-Gig Access Point (WAX620). The access point integrated flawlessly as well. I now have incredible LAN speeds both inside and outside. I am recently retired and not an IT professional. If you can read and follow the directions, you can install these products without a problem.

I had a bit of a problem navigating the interface, after being used to using an AC 1750 for years but once I managed to get all the devices input everything seems to be working flawlessly and speed seem to be an improvement.
