I have spectrum and they told me to go with a gaming router since i do a lot of gaming and streaming. Been some moneths now and i can say im not disappointed. Way better then what they give you

Wow!!! This routet is a beast and is more than enough for gaming and streaming from multiple tvs all atvthe same time.

Easy setup. 1gbps from ISP. 850-950mbps upstairs where the router is. 250-350 downstairs. Speeds are pretty stable.

Netgear used to be such a good company. I had a necgear router for years which was perfect but was old and updates no longer supported and that’s why I purchased this one. This router has been a nightmare. First of all, it took me hours to get it set up. 1st Netgear did not help at all as they said I purchased it 2 days after the 99 days warranty even tho I just installed it that day. They wanted me to pay to help set it up. Finally, they helped set it up and it’s been OK although every time it reboots I have to manually set it up again on my smart tv and Alexa. Their customer service is just trying to sell you stuff, not help you. It will not perform updates unless I factory reset it and then have to hook it up to all my devices again. I finally gave up. I’m giving this router to charity and purchased a new one. I am vety disappointed in this once good company. Would not tecommend.

The coverage is outstanding. From the 2G-5G network this router is able to send a quality signal throughout my home and to even be able to reach down the hill across the street to my neighbors home.

Not only is this an amazing router, the Netgear app is also easy to use and very user friendly. The router itself is plug and play and has a very easy setup for those wanting more intricate settings it was super easy to go in the Netgear app to assign what I wanted on a 5GHZ connection versus a 2.4GHZ connection as well as other options
