We upgraded an older wireless router with this. We went from 30Mbps to well over 90Mbps! We can actually now watch streaming services on more than one TV. Coverange is great for our 3 floor condo. Setup was very easy, most is done using a phone app.

Installed the new router because our internet was being slow and this router was able to pickup our speeds and make our connection extremely reliable, I love it! Extremely important for online classes now during these times as we need a good strong connection for those classes and this router provides that.

This is one smart device that Is super easy to setup and it can be configured to automatically prioritize and allocate resources to home network devices. Security and error reporting is elevated with subscription and the modestly priced VPN is user friendly.

Good WiFi Router, it does the job. Has a good range and performs better than spectrum routers. With the app the installation is super easy. So far so good!

I was experiencing drops from key web conferences at work. By upgrading my router, I was able to get reliable AND faster coverage. The only issue was getting my bose speaker to reconnect with this router. All devices had to be reconnected

I thought I had crummy internet access - then I bought this router. Super easy to install - very user friendly. Transmits over a <2k sq/ft house with no issues or drop offs. Only issue is NetGenie installed on boot on a MacOS machine and clogs up startup.

This NETGEAR router gets a great signal throughout the house. It was easy to setup. It is missing parental controls without the NETGEAR genie app, and it has something else called NETGEAR Armor. The Armor is a paid subscription service that I didn't setup.

On my previous Netgear router, my mbps speed wasn’t where it should have been! It took forever to download if 2 or more users were online using the old router. With this new NIGHTHAWK router, I get great mbps speed with no issues! AND it was easy to install!

The App installation didn't really work for a while till using the old school cable connections but then everything was smooth and the coverage/speed is way better than the previous Netgear router. And the Wifi 6 connection was extremely fast.

Setup is quick and painless. The app that controls the router is versatile. Our house is under 3000 square feet with three floors. The router is on the bottom floor at ground level and gives good coverage throughout the house. No regrets.

I thought my Netgear R7000 was the best router, but this new Nighthawk AX5400 is faster, more modern, Wifi 6 and with more range. Setup was easy and have not had any problems since. Good investment!

The router was very easy to install with clear instructions and works excellent. My overall speed and range have increased drastically. I also love the nighthawk app and cyber security feature with this router. Would definitely recommend!

Very strong router, currently running Cox Gigablast and keeps a strong signal throughout a 2 story house (router located upstairs). Smart setup app was very helpful and monitors all new access devices and potential threats. Great setup.

Great upgrade from the ac5400 router I was using previously. Not 5g band drop outs either like the previous linksys router. I did lose out on 4 Ethernet ports but this thing handles 20 plus wifi items with ease. This is a winner for years to come.

Was easy to set up.. Have had this for a bit over one week.. Noticed faster connection with greater range. Better signal up stairs. More range then my previous Netgear router.. Can handle more devices with problem.

We have a 1000 mb down xfinity internet package so we needed a better router. Nighthawk app is the best router management setup I've used Ease of Set-up: the QR scan code in the box basically does all the work for you Set-up wizard is also great for a no hassle installation cons: price point the antennae are a little flimsy and must only weight an ounce but sometimes turn sideways solely supporting their own weight Summary: Honestly I feel like this is a 4.5 because it's hard for me to give something 5 stars if I feel like it's performing as anticipated at a given price-point. I WOULD NOT call this a "value" router or that you are beating the system, but if you have 10+ streaming devices (hello 2020) and a fast internet to support it then you cannot go wrong with this device.

This is a great router for all of your network needs! It has great speed capability and with 4 antennas, it has pretty good reach for an apartment or small home. I pay for gigabit speeds and I definitely get what I pay for!

Replaced our 5 year old router as we kept having periodic lapse in connection, replaced it with the Netgear Nighthawk AX5400 and so far very happy, have not had dropped connection since and internet is consistently fast.

I had the Orbi's before this and I did not like how buggy they were after firmware updates. Had to reset my whole network once a month but this nighthawk one works great. Wifi 6 speed. App is horrible and buggy, to be honest. The hardware is excellent tho. Also, don't let cox upsell you on their crappy gateways or "Panoramic" devices. Literally told me that the old Netgear Orbi's were not supported and didn't always work on their network. Bought another Netgear router anyways lol bunch a load of bull. Anyone that's done a wifi setup before should be fine. Been running 2 years strong and no issues at all.

This product is great. Fast and easy to hook up.Would reccomend this to friends.My son in law went with me and he has a older model of this product and he hasn,t had a problem with his in seven years.
