My old router I was getting 15/2.5, switched to this, 50/25. Insane difference.

Absolutely Worth it for FPS

From a wifi standpoint, I get a super powerful signal with extended range and incredible speeds. From a gaming aspect, the geo-filtering is challenging to setup but works exactly as described. I am able to get into the lobbies that match my skill set while keeping me within my region so I have the lowest ping I can. Along with getting a gig speed when wired, I am just floored with the benefits specifically for gaming. I will not buy a different brand router going forward.

Would work well but went with mesh system

Mesh system provided better wifi especially far away from modem.

Amazing and worth the money.

The Dumaos software works amazingly with this router giving me greater control over my experience. The routers setup was easy and simple. It does a lot of the work for you. It gives me the speeds I pay for and works far better than my cables panoramic wifi combo. I would absolutely recommend this for any gamer and people who just want great speeds and quality out of their router! It’s also very slick looking!

Great router premium coverage

I have 2400 sq ft and the coverage issues I had previously are gone. I also like the capabilities to throttle upload and download to maintain a consistent ping. Took me a few hours to configure so I would recommend some basic networking skills. There is a wizard for configuration however I cannot speak to how well it works because I didn't use it.

Great Router - Finally!

After several bad routers, I found this nighthawk router and after using it for several weeks I can say it has been great. 2400sq ft with a lot of traffic, coverage and speeds have been great as well as scanning for any security threats.

The Very Best

DumaOS makes it easy to configure advanced features and configurations. We have amazing range and speeds now. Ping is around 8-10 consistently while connected wirelessly, that's amazing!!! Best NETGEAR product I've owned, you won't regret it.
