Looks awesome. I works pretty good, but seems over priced for the output and ratings on this model.

Great product and easy to set up. Netgear never disappoints. This also allows to add the mesh pods if needed at a later date.

I replaced Netgear Orbi with this router and a modem. Orbi is good too but it doesn't support >6Mbps upload speed. I upgraded my network speed to 1Gbps/35Mbps (I know Comcast sucks in upload speeds) and this router works great. I am future proofing my network with this router. Great quality and works on a long range too.

This router is far superior over its little brother, the RAX80. There are no speed and connection quality issues with the RAX120 compared to the RAX80, and all 15+ of my Wifi devices work without lag. Pair this router with a high speed internet plan and you will be very satisfied.

Great WiFi 6 performance. Super easy setup via Netgear App. Fixed issues with too many IoT devices on home network leveraging the MU-MIMO protocol. Expensive, but worth the price. Also, super easy security with Netgear Armor integrated into access point. Does require subscription, but again worth the price.

We needed a router that supported 100 IP addresses and provided super fast WiFi speed. This router fits the bill perfectly, and it's a really slick device; looks like the designers took their inspiration from the new Star Wars trilogy for the styling. It's a superb device and the setup is very intuitive. It is pricey and probably not what the average user needs, but for our application it fits the bill perfectly.

I “upgraded” from the last gen AirPort Extreme time capsule to a mesh system back in February. I’d not been happy with the speeds I was pulling on WiFi with the mesh. The nighthawk so far has been great, consistent and solid connections, easily pulling around 600Mbps on WiFi and twice that hardwired. My only complaint is that it does not remember the settings when you identify the type of device connected.

This an excellent router. The only thing I would like to see improved is the troubleshooting from the netgear app. Occasionally I get a spotty signal coming in to my modem, which is a leased item from my service provider. The app can troubleshoot the network when there is a strong external internet connection, but I cannot log in to my local netgear network. In theory I think I should be able to transfer files within other devices in my network, or determine whether the problem is with the modem or the router.

I've usually had Netgear Routers as they are easy to set up and manage. This router puts out a great signal and maintains the bandwidth throughout most of the house. We are now on Hulu on 5 TVs along with all the family phones, computers, gaming, printers, iPads, etc. This handles it all. The app makes it easy to set up and get going. We noticed the difference right away.

This router is a sweet deal for the sale price they had on it! Plus with a 2.2GHz quad core processor this thing is pretty snappy and has good coverage over 2,000 sqft house. Pair this with the Nighthawk CM2000 modem and you are all set!! That set up is a little on the expensive side but WELL WORTH IT!!
