This thing is a beast. My apartment is pretty big, and even when i leave my apartment i can still link up to it about 30 feet away from my unit. Also included is a spyware protection that you can subscribe to for like 60 bucks. The first month is free. Overall i am very satisfied with this purchase.

I was having trouble with my previous router -- weak signal strength, drop outs while streaming, excessive buffering. Since installing the Netgear RAX120, I have excellent signal strength throughout my house and no drop outs with multiple streams (video and music). I am extremely happy with this product.

This router manages to cover my entire property and then some. Internet loads noticeably faster versus other Netgear, Linksys, TPLINK routers that I’ve worked with in the past. Always trusted Netgear for reliable internet connectivity. For the future of the internet, this router should definitely be on everyone’s top3 to consider.

PROVIDES EXCELLENT COVERAGE AND IS FUTURE PROOF SO YOU WONT HAVE TO RUN OUT AND BUY ANOTHER ONE TO KEEP UP WITH THE INTEERNET SPEEDS AVAILABLE A FEW YEARS FROM NOW. ALSO WORK GREAT WITH THE NIGHTHAWK APP AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CELL PHONE WHICH MAKES IT EXTREMLY SIMPLE TO HAVE FULL CONTROL OF THE ROUTER REMOTELY FROM YOUR CELL PHONE.

I am giving it 4 stars due to the previous one acting up 10 months after purchase. It had been working flawlessly until the last couple of weeks. I had to power cycle daily (multiple times) in order to get out to the internet. Upgrading it to the latest firmware (beta) did not resolve the issue. I upgraded the firmware on this one too and has been working okay for these past 5 days. I do notice internet is slow at times but may be my ISP.

The Best investment I’ve made for WiFi Just wish I could get better service from Xfinity (Comcast) apparently Xfinity doesn’t like when you get your own equipment so they play games with you. A week before I was up and running without a problem the WiFi Router works great no more buffering I can connect all of my equipment now no loss of connection speed

I currently have this router and it works great with my Comcast Xfinity internet gigabit speed. All of my devices downloads everything very quickly and no problems with streaming movies and playing online games. I recommend this router if you have a lot of devices and have a gigabit internet speed service plan with Xfinity, Fios, Spectrum, Optimum, Etc.

Great Concept - Mediocre Software and Poor Range

I had high hopes for this router, but was unfortunately let down once I started using it. The feature set looked great and I was hoping to utilize the built in VPN feature. I have about 30+ devices on my network including smart lights, audio/video devices and tablets/PC's. Initial setup wasn't bad, however it took a bit to update the software. Once updated the unit seemed to function a bit better. I was able to get my devices reconnected using the same SSID/Password and the management interface was OK. After using the device for about a week, I realized that the range from the 2nd floor to the basement was pretty poor. The unit would need to be stationed on floor 1, and even then moving down 1 floor alone caused speeds to drop considerably. I also ran into issues where the unit needed to be restarted every few days to optimize network speeds. I have seen routers have this issue in the past, recycling resolves the issue. The web interface didn't seem as intuitive, nor was the Nighthawk application. Overall, I was less than impressed with this. I was getting faster speeds from a 2 EERO Pro setup than this device alone and only 20 feet away. In the end I will probably look at a different Mesh Setup to fulfill my needs and the number of devices.

Best router purchase for anyone hoping to handle many devices connected to their home wifi while being able handle Gb speeds. While WiFi 6 is still making its way into devices, this router will ensure your house is future-proofed as well as delivering a really good user experience via their native app.

Despite other reviews I read, this router has been a solid performer. My only concern has to do with the implementation of its VPN service and the availability of documentation (meager and incomplete at best). Despite this, I did get the router up and router quickly and the VPN service took much longer but it too is up and running.

The Nighthawk AX6000 works well and provides a few monitoring options for your wifi. As well as an option to purchase continued protection to your system. I have experienced the system going offline every other week or so, even though my Cable Provider does not show any problems in my area. Rebooting is simple and doesn't usually take very long.

Decent router for the normal internet user who wants a quick reliable internet connection. But lacks advanced features for custom networks and configurations that many of the high end routers in this price range have. I ended up selling it online and got an asus rog ax6600 instead

I purchased this modem after my first netgear modem crashed after almost 8 years! Since I’m use to netgear modems I decided to stick with that brand! This modem is very fast even with 4-6 devices streaming at the same time with no buffering! I do have 1 gbps speed and it disperses that no problem!

I was a bit skeptical about the price initially. Now, I don't regret. We have multiple devices at home and I feel how our old router used to be. With this router, the speed has increased and fewer or no interruptions too. My only worry is with Wifi 6E around the edge this router will lose its charm being expensive.
