    This is my second ax12 router have had nothing but trouble the app never works shut down devices can’t restore internet service to them have to reboot it all the time also could not do a factory hard restore with tech support on the phone will be returning my second one and going with some one else

    Wouldn't purchase again. For being a very pricey item, the quality is terrible as the fan doesn't work correctly so it overheats and quits working altogether.

    Netgear Wi-Fi Router

    So I bought this with my Netgear cable modem. This thing overheats constantly and have to cool it off. I gave it a chance because it was another netgear product to go along with the modem but not satisfied with it.

    Very difficult to set up, and stopped working in less than 60 days. Also the signal range is grossly exaggerated. Going to return it.

    Great concept, bad implementation. The router would need to continually be rebooted to reconnect to the ISP. Very frustrating, especially for the price. I ended up returning it.

    I erro pro has better range than this unit. Bought this because it was wifi 6 big disappointment. I got better speeds close range with erro pro and longer range with eero. Returning 2 hours after buying going to try the google nest

    Do not purchased Netgear products the have major defects and are prone to automatically rebooting. There technical service and customer support are terrible.

    Fast speeds but reboots constantly

    Router couldn't be found on the app to do the setup first. Eventually it showed up but would just reboot randomly when I have all my devices connected. Worthless.

    By the time you figure out that Netgear support is just giving you the run around and can’t figure out how to fix your issue it’s too late to return the item

    Bought this and two ax8 extenders worked great for about 4 hours then I was getting 10mbps over WiFi and 980mbps wired upon further research that’s a known issue with the whole line of netgear WiFi 6 routers

    Big disappointment. Not worth $3 much less $500!!! Constant wifi disconnects multiple times everyday. Thank God we bought the GSP. Stay away from this one.

    my wifi dropped so many times per day that i was not usable. i returned this router and got the AX8 and haven't had any issues.

    Unfortunately this did not work well for us. The wifi kept disconnecting. We spoke with customer service and they could not figure it out. Returned!
