Great router and worth the price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I replaced a 4 node Linksys velop AC1200 system with this router and could not be happier. I am now getting my full isp rate over WiFi throughout our 2 story home, and I don’t even have the router centrally located in the house. Great router and well worth the price.

Does What We Need It To Do
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am completely clueless how this all works and how to set anything up. I need easy. This Netgear is easy. I would say get the extended warranty through Best Buy. I have had to use it on every big router that I have ever had. I had my Netgear for 4 months and the wifi stopped working after a power outage. I had the warranty, went in to Best Buy and got a new one, just the cost of the warranty, to cover the new one. I can not blame Netgear for this. I had Linksys for years and went through 3 of those. We have a wireless home, lots of things connected to it. I am not sure why but this one feels even faster than the same one that I just replaced. I do have a small home but I have an extender in my separate garage.

Very Good
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I replaced my older Netgear AC 3200 after years of good service because one of the channels started giving me trouble. As soon as I hooked up the new AX6600 all the problems went away. The speeds on my devices was very fast and I am very pleased with the upgrade.

Great Router - Less buffering
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Somehow my previous Nighthawk router didn't fare so well during a power surge. Did a little research and decided on this one. Ran out to the local Best Buy and picked it up. Got it up and running in a snap with the easy to follow instructions while using the app. Set it up with the previous network ID and password and all my devices automatically connected. Since using this router we've noticed that there is almost no buffering while using streaming services. Much better than the last one. You can get a cheaper router, but you always get what you pay for.

Pretty Good - 4 out of 5
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a fairly decent WIFI6 router. Would go 5 stars, but the QoS configuration on this router is garbage. If custom and simple setup of QoS is important to you then skip this and go with a RAX70 or RAX200 for a much simpler configuration setup for QoS if you are staying in the Netgear product line. Coverage is good in the home, but I did have to put in a extender in the basement to reach the far corners. For that I used a EX8000 Netgear MESH extender and it works seamlessly. PureVPN is configured if you want to use that for your outbound connections, but I did not configure it or plan to sign up for a subscription. Standard OpenVPN for access to your network is available and works well instead of enabling port forwarding for RDP/SSH or any other type of access you want to get to on your home network from the outside. Remote management is on the router, but as always this is a bad idea to enable in my opinion especially since you can connect via VPN and access the router.

Good to Go
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy initial setup with the app, great functionality available should you want advanced settings, speed delivery over wireless is great. Streaming has been much better than our old router that was slowing cratering. Highly recommend this router.

Worth every penny
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I work from home and have a gaming PC. My router was continuously shutting off, restarting, cutting my internet connection at the most inconvenience times… Any router issue you could name I was having it. After my other router shut off mid day for about the 6th time that day, I said enough was enough ordered this for pickup the same day. I picked it up on my lunch break and set it up. LIGHTNING fast!!! Super quick and easy to setup, makes work a breeze, and no lags when I do use my gaming PC. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would. 10/10 definitely recommend for the work from home professional! Or someone who just enjoys super fast internet!

||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My old router bit the dust and I replaced it with the Nighthawk AX6600. Great product and tech support team
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great router, i had one issue with it but I cannot fault the company for it. I have a very old computer that my children you for school work and youtube. The Wifi card in it is really old and did not like the smart network feature. If I disabled it, the old card would connect to the 2.4Ghz just fine. But I wanted to the smart 2.4 and 5Ghz switching option. I just hard wired it in and it worked just fine. Tech support spent 2 hours total over the span of 2 days trying to get it to work with the SmartBand settings, but was unable. I have had zero issue with the router aside from that. It currently lives in my basement and I get at least 3 if not 4 bars on the second floor and in my back yard. Great product. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a great router.

Most of the time can get the full 1G speed we pay for, however times we can't, I blame spectrum.

Great Router
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Solid router, very easy to set up and I'm easily getting 800mbs+ hard lined and 500mbs+ wifi with multiple devices on the 5ghz band. The 2.4ghz band has decent coverage, but could be better.
