Wasted money

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm honestly not sure how other got the promise of 500+ Mbps speeds, I'm only getting 250Mbps on average, I tried to get support but support is not available on this item with Best Buy, and Netgear is so slow to respond you can't resolve issues and now I can't return the product, so it's a junker for $91, I could have bought an off brand of the same thing for less than $30.
