20 device home network that is on a 400 MIPS ISP Cable Modem was extremely slow with old router. Now is much more robust and more secure using the built in Netgear Armor security package.

This is a quality router. Very easy to setup and begin using. I would buy again. A big part of my purchase was due to Netgear being a USA company.

My IPS increased our service to 1000 MPS and we wanted a system to support our currnet WiFi demands and also HD streaming usagage in the future. Upgrading cost at Best Buy was discounted my pruchase with a 15% off coupon for recycling an old router and my Best Buy Plus memebership provided an additon discount. It was a significant saving. The column design of the router takes less space and is more visually apealing, than my previous flate 4-antenna style.

Works great in areas that Xfinity has upgraded upload speeds

This wireless router provides as described features that fill our 2,500 sq ft space with reliable wired and wireless network connectivity for all our devices. The separate guest setup can be tricky on smartphones, reason for 4 stars. The built-in web page administration tool does a good job. It works very well with another identical router to form a mesh coverage of a larger area. The built-in security software, Amor, is a Bitdefender version. It provides excellent security features. This router works very well for high volume needs of a home or small office.
