    Seems work well would suggest not to use armor just get Best Buy warranty

    Not a fan. My 10 yr old Netgear router that died, covered my whole house. This new and "improved" doesn't reach my basement. How does that even make sense?!? This new router is basically a $400.00 disappointment! Very unhappy and frustrated. My security cameras downstairs now don't work 100% of the time!!

    This product delivers! The salesperson. James. Was great. Gave it 4 stars only because it took several attempts to get it up and running. Partially fault. Partially instructions a little confusing. I’m pretty good with this sort of thing generally so if you’re not. Get someone who is. Overall once done. Great piece.

    This Wi-Fi 7 model is less strong than my previously owned Netgear Wi-Fi 6. Although it has faster speed, it has less reach to other corners of my house, which I didn't have this issue with previous model used for 5 years.

    Although there was very little printed instruction for how to setup the router, setup was generally fairly easy…. Until attempting to connect our HP wireless printer. Spent several hours with Netgear support attempting to connect. Finally called Netgear support and spent more than 3-1/2 hours on the phone with a technician, only to be told my problem needed to be elevated to the next level of support. Eventually, I gave up and ended up buying a new wireless printer… adding another $150 to the price.

We are sorry to hear that had a difficult experience while connected to your RS500. Nighthawk WiFi 7 router WiFi networks are encrypted with WPA2-PSK + WPA3-Personal encryption by default. This is because it is the best blend of compatibility and security available. However, some devices such as printers, smart devices (IoT), and older devices are not compatible with this level of encryption. For these devices to work, you must connect them to a network with a lower level of encryption.     Always been a fan of NETGEAR, but unfortunately someone in my household purchased a different router that caused issues with my wireless headset so I had to take matters into my own hands. I purchased a new NETGEAR router and the issue went away while improving every device in our household. Would 100% recommend netgearto family and friends

    I ended up returning this for the high end model RS700s. My daughter complained that the internet was slow on her apple device and I had trouble setting up some of my streaming boxes. I set up the RS700S and it is a lot better. No issues at all and it is very fast.
