Customers regard the Nighthawk BE19000 Tri-band Wi-Fi Router favorably, frequently praising its ease of setup, strong performance, and wide-ranging coverage. Many appreciate the user-friendly app and the improved signal strength it provides. While some find the price high and the router larger than expected, the positive feedback on performance and ease of use outweighs these concerns for most users.

This router is super fast. Again, set it up thru the app. It takes forever running in circles, I set it the the web super easy and fast, it does not have parental control but it has Armor protection for 1 year which is excellent, USB port did not recognized my Samsung 256gb drive, that was a downside for me, since I have quite a few music on it, however it does the main job for me.

This Wi-Fi 7 router is perfect for anyone that wants to future proof their network. Out the box it set up perfect and I was getting amazing speeds down and up. The price you pay is due to the technology not being the standard yet. I paid the premium because I can but if you wait there will be lower prices and more options will be readily available in the near future. NETGEAR made a great product I am very happy with it.
Speedtest shows 1300 and I pay for 1200 mbps down!

This router is actually really good. My fiber optic ISP recently offered reasonable prices on multi gigabit plans. I have 2 gig fiber and this router fits the bill a multi gig internet service. With its 10gb WAN and a 10gb LAN port, you can actually take advantage of the high speeds. With my MacBook Pro in the same room on 6ghz, I get 1.8gb speeds. Very impressive. A room or two away, I still get 600-900mbps on the MacBook, and in the same area I can download games at 1.2gb/sec on a ROG Ally. And this is all on wifi 6E, since I don't actually own any wifi 7 devices. Not only that, but the signal reaches far and wide.
The router has a simple management via the web browser. There is also a basic mobile app which offers limited remote access capability. It will serve most users well but I got a wired firewalla gold plus router so I am using this netgear as an access point only. It was easy to change to access point mode. I have a 2000sq foot house and this nighthawk blankets it with better speed and coverage than an EERO Pro 6 system I have used earlier.
I wish Netgear's app was more full featured and would stop pestering the user to buy extra services. It would be nice to have more detailed information such as individual device signal strength and data consumption. But if you want these extra features, you may be looking at something like the firewalla like I did.
Overall, great speed, good reliability, offers traditional OR app based setup, but the app could be a bit more refined.

We purchased this pair from BestBuy- the Nighthawk CM2500 modem and the Nighthawk 7 BE19000 router, not knowing compatibility other than reading reviews on what we should do. I am not a tech guy whatsoever so I wasn’t even sure I was doing it correctly. I was super frustrated without our old system crashing nonstop, binding, and working slow. At moments, it was like watching paint dry. The time wasted to “fix it” was infuriating because it always happened when it was the least convenient. In the past, I had to have people help me with it. This new system was crazy simple to hook up. Plug in the modem, call internet provider to activate it, plug in the router and followed the very clear instructions. Couldn’t have been simpler. Instantaneously, we had a night and day difference in speed and connectivity. Am I concerned that almost everything seems to be connected to Wi-Fi these days? -Absolutely. With multiple tv’s, the HEOS home audio, the security system, the light switches, garage door opener, computers, tablets, cell phones, the heavy appliances (furnace, water heater, refrigerator, etc.) all connect. They connected fast. They connected easily. Are these capable.?. Most definitely (Almost too much so). The streaming is snap fast and consistent. Time will tell if it’s reliable. We installed it in the attic to get it out of the living quarters and it works down three flights into the basement without an extender. It works in the garage so our vehicles get their updates without taking it to the dealer. At first, I thought the price was a bit steep, but given its performance so far- worth every penny. If it remains consistent as it is, it’ll be worth more for the peace of mind and stress free existence compared to that of our old system, let alone provider provided equipment.

Ok I tryed 2 other wifi 7 routers from other companies which failed to work. This netgear nighthawk rs700s worked right out of box with android app first time setup was completely done from unboxing to fully setup on all bans with firmware update in little as 15mins that's fast. I'm getting same range on 6ghz wifi7 as I get on 5ghz wifi 6e. This thing is a beast. Ok so you want to know what I don't like well I wish it had more wifi options I normally like asus routers the options are alot but again I had 2 of there high end routers die on me so yeah. Netgear nighthawk doesn't have external antennas I thought it be a problem but it's not works just fine range is great even 6ghz band

This replaced my many years old, but still working fine, Netgear Nighthawk R7000. Giving the RS700 the same SSID the transfer was transparent and all my devices connected up just fine. I have Gigabit service via Xfinity and there were also zero issues with that part of the setup. I have had the router a week or so now and everything is running very well. No problems. Zero complaints. A good buy and I would do it all over again.

My former router was an asus ax 1100 using wifi 6. That router took a lot of tweaking to get it where I needed it to be. The latest netgear wifi 7 router does not have the ability to tweak much of the settings but there is no need!! I have a 3500 sq ft home with approximately 33 devices connected. You plug it in and everything quickly connects at 2.4 ghz. The router than sorts out which devices can connect at 5 ghz and 6ghz. Most of my devices connect on wifi 6 only 3 connect at 2.4gzh. Range is very good all thru the house from the second story to the basement no need for a mesh system. Router is expensive but fullfills all my needs now and into the future.

Awesome router. Previous router required extenders in a two story home for coverage. Extenders worked when they wanted to. This riuter has nit only eliminated the need for extenders, but increased both upload and download capabilities. Would buy again without hesitations.

Excellent WiFi 7 router from a trusted brand. Super fast speeds and set up was a breeze. Even my non-WiFi 7 de ices are running faster than before. Multiple streaming and gaming and this router handles it with ease. MLO feature not available yet but should be released with a future firmware update.

This is an incredible router with more function, than I will ever be able to use. I have 1 gig internet, and this router keeps my throughput at around 950 up and down, throughout our 2500 sq foot home.
I have 2 of these routers, both are hardwired back to my IP gateway, so we do have exception network speed at all locations.
Customer service is what it is with Netgear. I can't fix that. Luckly these are made to be very simple to install with their app, that is only available now via a download to your phone, which I do not like.
I would highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty through Best Buy. Life seems to be 3-4 years with routers.

Solved my 200+ Smart Devices Network Issues

I used a TP Link AXE75 for about 4 months until the 2.4GHz network stopped working. I purchased a TP Link mesh to replace it, as it advertised 200 connection capability. It quickly bogged down at about 120, and these were simple smart devices, not streaming platforms. So I returned it and decided to get the RS700S, as my luck with TP Link bad, and their tech service is non existent. Netgear answered my tech questions within hours of asking, so that made me decide to switch to them. This router is a beast. It is easy to set up. I even decided to buy two RS300's to extend my network to each side of my house, connecting them via Cat6 to the RS700. Since then, my friends have decided to go this route as well. This is the best setup for large amounts of smart devices, period. I have over 200 connected so far, split between the 3 routers, and never have any lag or delays in the smart devices. Best decision I made was to dump TPlink and go with Netgear. Thank you Netgear!

Went from having ISP leased equipment to using this and a netgear nighthawk docsis 3.1 modem and the performance is night and day difference. No more issues with randomly disconnecting devices. I also have the convenience of antivirus/firewall protection built into the router. No more annoying popups about license renewals on our desktops. I’m confident whenever anyone is surfing the web. No drops, no bugs, no phishing, just insanely fast reliability. Oh, the NAS/media server is a nice feature too. Ive got our music and movies accessible on any streaming device now.
