This router fixed all my issues with my internet. My internet service provider's router is not great. I kept disconnecting, I kept getting slower speed.than what I was promised. Then I got the Blackhawk router and connected it to my modem, my connection is stronger than ever.

Bought this because Optimium cable keeps going up, had their equipment to hook to their cable for 3 years, so I could pay more or buy my own. This is excellent! Called Optimium, they connected me right up, Netgear had to call me back and help me reset their password, needed a capital letter & a %$?, they reset my password for for me! great product, company, an people they employee

Title: Happy with my Nighthawk Description: Down-loaded the app on my phone and followed set up information using both the phone and laptop video. Set-up went smooth. It was a little cumbersome connecting a second laptop. (Had to repeat some data instead a simple log-in. Very happy with the Nighthawk RS100.

So i walked in to Best Buy to get a Router and what I owned was too old and needed a new one. The NightHwak Router is perfect. If you are In a market for a Router get it

Love the smaller and sleeker profile! We had the same router but this is 4 years newer for an upgrade. The only issue is that it has slowed down our tv because our tv is 4 years old. Think about the rest of your technology and how it will integrate with this new router technology.

Great product, good range, compact size, good vakue

Product is nice quality and I have used NetGear before. Connectivity to my company's network was challenging, but not the fault of the this router. NetGear's foreign tech support was very polite but not very helpful in solving my problem with connecting to the Internet. After two days I discovered that our company's network was connected directly to the phone company without using a modem. This setup requires us to use a static IP address on EVERY device including the NetGear router, which I was not fully aware of. Setting a static IP address after hanging up my final (unresolved) call to NetGear's tech support fixed the problem as soon as I hit "OK" in the router's admin setup.

Works as intended. Simple and easy to set-up. Decent router for the money.

The router was recommended to us from a very knowledgeable BestBuy worker. He approached me to ask to see if he could help. He immediately guided me to this router and explained why it was such as strong product. It has done well at our house and covers all of our streaming and internet needs.

Inhad a more expensive model that a lightning strike fried and purchased this one as a replacement. This router was $100 cheaper than my last one and works just as well if not beyter.

We were having so much trouble with our tv’s freezing, tried a new modem, rebooted several times. The guy helping me at Best Buy suggested this router, amazing difference!

So far it's been kicking behind! Far better than the cheap 99 dollar one the fiber optic company supplied. I actually get wifi in every room now in my home.. I figured 2x sq ft of your home is the one you would want. Easy to setup and the app is good. Let's you know what connected to you.

Definitely boosted my speed and range. Went from a 6 year old Net Gear Nighthawk 2400 to this unit. Setup was easy on the net gear app on my phone. The app did all the work. The app has speed tests and signal strength monitors so you can fine tune placements. On a 1G plan gets d1070mbps u52mbps consistently.

Very familiar with the NETGEAR Router ecosystem … app and browser interface made it easy to replace older unit with new one. Really like the simplicity and form factor of this new router!

I was having problems getting my devices to connect so called customer service and was so amazed that 1- I was connected immediately to a service rep 2- the rep guided me through setting up the password 3- everything works great now. I do recommend this router, but mostly recommend NetGear

I’ve only had this product for a few months, but in the time that I’ve been using it, it works great. Faster and more efficient than our last router. Maybe I would give it five stars, but I haven’t had it long enough to merit that.

This router is an excellent choice for my 1400 square-foot condo. It pairs wonderful with ny Arris Surboard modem. It provides lightning fast connection to all my wireless devices.

I bought this router for fast and stable connections and secured connections. This is best router I ever used.

Love this router! Has a dual band connection for 2.4G and 5G. Plus a separate band for guests. You can also enable smartConnect for your devices to connect to the best signal needed. It’s small and is not an eye sore with the antennas. Takes a moment to set up, but once connected. Great WiFi.
