Very easy to setup through the included software. I ran this into my FIOS modem/router, and it was able to pick up my WiFi settings from the original router, allowing me to keep the same security and not have to reconfigure all my WiFi devices. That was huge. I've seen a noticeable increase in WiFi speed and range since putting this in. I dropped a star as four ports just isn't enough for a high end router like this.

I didn't have good signal at the 2nd floor. The router is at the basement. After I connect the Nighthawk DST AC1900 Wireless, I got signal improved immediately.

This was not the item I was originally planning on purchasing. However, Best Buy rep was very helpful in explaining the different units. I opted for this because the geek squad help was included. I had no problems getting the first half installed & than ran into problem. Contacted the geek squad & they were very helpful. Had another problem getting all my devices to stay on the next day & again they helped me. The wait time was not bad. Would have taken me much longer to try to figure out the problems alone.

I had a problem with Wifi reception at the rear of my home. I tried a range extender, and had my cable system send a tech over twice with no success. Running out of options, save having to rewire the cable, I purchased the Nighthawk with extender. I am so glad I did. It WORKS!!! And the Best Buy/Geek Squad techs were tremendous. I am so not computer savvy and they made connecting a breeze.

This is a very reliable router. I've had no issues and the easy add on range extenders gave me coverage in my entire house, garage and yard.

last time I used the NetGear router, that one is very slow because we have 3 iapds, 2 cellphones, one laptop and one desktop. We had a big problem when use all the things at the same time the connection is very slow, sometimes disconnect. And we need to set up again the modem. Now with The Netgear-Nighthawk we have 4 lines to connect the wi-fi, the speed is very fast. It is good.

I have spent hundreds of dollars over the years purchasing different routers only to be disapointed by their power or speed or throughput. This one has the power to cover my entire house without the repeater, Gives me access to the full speed of the network, and all the throughput I would want in my network. It was an expensive purchase but probably the only one i don't regret.

As I just said, its great. I wished I would of got this along time ago. Puts my old one to shame. I can see the difference in how fast my computer is now.

We upgraded our home internet with this product. No more dropped internet or our computers fighting over it either. Much fast internet too!

Put this onto our Verizon FIOS internet in place of a Verizon router. Set-up instructions are good and even provided work-arounds to get the router working quickly on the Verizon internet. Provides good signal strength throughout house. Fast. Works with all peripherals (problem with previous router). Network management SW effective and user friendly. Very pleased!

Bought this router because I needed additional speed and got that with this device. Bonus is the DST. Makes the great speed available anywhere in my house

The product does exactly what the Best Buy representative said it would; WiFi is now available throughout our home. The one problem that I had with this experience is the cost for the Geek Squad to install it. Our set up is complicated, so we opted to pay to be sure that everything ended up in order. It did. The $50 charge to install the router itself was very reasonable. The additional $50 to plug the extender into the wall outlet seems high. Technically, it is a separate device, but the price is to high for what was required. I would recommend the product, but definitely not the installation of the extender.

The salesman at Best Buy was very helpful. My router location cannot be moved in my home and I needed something to help with my wifi signal loss since Comcast changed out my equipment. While there are less expensive routers available, the salesman stated he never has seen this model returned. So I tried it and now a month later I am keeping. Another satisfied customer.

Excellent signal strength to every part of our house (and driveway and yard)! Easily allows us to stream on multiple devices at once, as I was able to set one TV (w Netflix) up on one "channel", and the other TV (also streaming Netflix) on another! Also solved my loading issue with my MacBook. Hated to part with that much money for a router, but sure glad I did!!!

I have a two story house and my router is downstairs and we get full coverage throughout the whole house and even a little outside.

Purchase this product to help extend my wireless range in order to use my Amazon Firestick. I like that it has the external adapter which you are able to plug in a power outlet in order to extend the range. Product works well, I still have some buffering, but that is related to my Comcast modem and NetGear. A plus is the Geek Squad assistance that helps you set up if you encounter any issues. I would recommend this product to other.

This keeps all my devices on line and connected. While it is expensive, it works really well. Very easy to set up.

Great package with the expansion pack. Router works well, our house is around 1300 sq feet, haven’t had to use the expansion.

Covers my house with strong signal, and most of a difficult yard. Nothing fails to connect or drops out, so far.
