Great router, good coverage using the extender. Easy setup and couldnt be happier with the product.

Had a little trouble setting up the router initially. Have set up multiple Netgears in the past but this one was difficult. But Geek Squad help was very good and got it going. Has worked excellently since installment. Have coverage in the house where I didn't before thanks to the DST Extender. My entire house is covered better than any other router has ever done. Would highly recommend this one if you have dead spots you want to get covered.

It doesn't take much effort to install. You get support for 1 year . Helps a great deal with signal.

This dual band extender is great! The extra plug-in adapter works perfect for me since I needed a dedicated ethernet connection as well. VERY satisfied with this extender.

This router provides a good signal throughout my home from basement to the second floor. Fast too.

Easy to set up and configure - no issues there. Got it set up and running within 15 minutes. We have a 2 floor home and use the extender by the stairs to cover the lower bedrooms and the upstairs - signal strength is not the best beyond 30ft.. starts failing pretty quick. Haven't tried adjusting antenna position too much - using the default recommendation. We use about 12 devices - all stay connected - no dropped connections. But the router does require frequent resets.

Performance wise it's been doing fine, but as others have said, it is very big and bulky. Also, it runs very hot.

This router increased my data speed and coverage to outside my residence. Easy to use and install.

This router fit all of my needs plus it came with the DST adapter which was nice to have given the layout of my house. The GUI is easy to use and it has most of the features I want. It fits my needs as I don't need a ton of customization but do want to tweak a bit more then the average user. I left one star off because this is only sold with the geek squad plan which I never used and I wasn't able to determine if that included service changed the price at all.

never in my life have i had connection thru the whole house as good or as fast as this system, expensive yea, but if you work at home and you connection is you income its uncomparable

After we got the router set up, we learned the poor wifi connection came from our service provider. We cannot get any more speed and range than we currently have. Very frustrating---

help from Geek squad was available, but didn`t need it. very simple set up

This wireless router has given me speeds my previous router could not. And setup was a breeze.

I read several reviews on this product before I could finally find someone who described their home like mine. I have a 2 story daylight basement home with a bonus room over the garage. The main floor and basement is approximately 2500 sq. ft. each. The Router sits on one end of the home (main floor) near the mudroom/garage. It covers the main floor AND the bonus room over the garage - which we had great difficultly with in the past. We had to purchase and use a separate Router in the past because it wouldn't penetrate the garage/walls/insulation to reach the bonus room. I installed the DST downstairs in the basement on the opposite side of the main floor Router. The DST reaches the entire basement as well as the main floor bedroom on the opposite end of the main floor Router which was also a problem with the old Router. We now have full coverage EVERYWHERE in the entire house and no kids are complaining! Even our basement theater room which was the "DEAD ZONE" has remarkable coverage as it picks up the DST signal perfectly. Because we have a lot of windows with the daylight basement, we even get a signal on the patio outside the basement using the DST. The Best Buy Geek Squad technician came to my house and set it up and I had excellent service, and he was very knowledgeable. The technician and I ran speed tests side by side using a Speedtest app on our phones (Ookla) and it was seamless. I highly recommend this product. NOTE: The router is very large as others have mentioned so ensure you have the counter space to set it up.

I had set the router up by myself and was getting good results. Although, I was having difficulty getting the extension connected to network. I decided to call for help from the Geek Squad. I was very glad I did! For the first time ever my network's speed is way above what I had been experiencing prior their intervention. I am so appreciative for their free set-up service that came exclusively with this product!

This router is the best I've used. In the past it has given me optimum speed and durability.
