Recommended by TWC technician this router did the trick. Speeds up to 250mbs compared to 29mbs with the old Belkin.

Netgear has always been a quality brand of router, and I particularly love this model. The external antenna help to get the signal out further than models that have internal antenna; and coupled with the range extender it is needed if you have many devices connected to your network and need a future-ready AC band router. I will always recommend Netgear, and all in all, this router is terrific! Well worth the money invested, and you also get 1 year of Geek Squad support!!

with the extender unit installed at my separate work shop that is almost 400 feet away I still get a great signal

I got this router because my daughter's row was a dead spot for the Wi Fi signal. This router improves the signal in her room which was my main goal. The unit seems directional though as in the yard where I did have signal with the old router I do not with the Night-Hawk. The set up was difficult and required Geek Squad Support (which did come with this product). The first router was determined to have a bad port and had to be exchanged. The second was connected and activated with the help of the Geek-Squad Support.

Great wireless router easy to setup. So far so good I've had it for about 3 months and it hasn't failed me yet.

Love this modem I have had it for almost a year and it works great. Have not had any problems or issues.

Works great runs 3 TVs three cell phones two computers and a PlayStation 4 with no drops and fast speed!
