    The product itself is working as expected once we got it properly set up. Our problem was installation. We have internet through MTCO and there was no discussion in the booklet about installing the unit with that type of provider. We called the Geek squad and they were clueless. We contacted our provider and he walked us through the installation. Problem solved.

    I like the product and have had no problems with it. When I get a chance I want a Geek Squad Member to make sure it is optimized for my home network. My last router went down occasionally and this new one hasn't burped once. Considering my family lives on the net for entertainment, this product is delivering the service it was stated to.
