Ithe was easy to setup and seems to be working well.

Was having trouble getting Wifi signal in bedrooms with the Free Cable company router. This product has changed that as I am now getting strong signal in bedrooms (and that's not using the Extender which came with it). Has been easy to use, GeekSquad setup was added benefit. So far very happy.

Product works great but it is only netgear router that does not come with netgear support because it comes with geek sqaud support and geek squad wants more money to solve any problems so buy any other netgear so you can get free support

It's better but my expectations weren't fully met. It kicks me of from Internet. I have to add password every few weeks. Feels like the product is sensitive like satellite tv. We installed 3 weeks ago so time will tell. It is bulky and hope to relocate it.

Purchased this to replace an earlier model net gear router that struggled to keep up with my streaming needs. This router easy supports all of my devices and I'm no longer experiencing lag.

Use to have trouble using wi-fi upstairs. Now with multiple receptions and extensions we get less freeze & buffering. Only drawback is at times my tablet won't connect. Have to shut down and reboot constantly until someone told us to change the IP address.

This router and dst adapter solved our wifi lockups and dead spots due to the plaster walls in our house. A little tricky to set up if you don't read the instructions first, but I was able to go back and start over following the directions. The whole family is very happy with this purchase.

We were experiencing some major problems with our wifi signal that caused our netflix to glitch a lot. It was difficult to watch any show because it would stop and buffer every few minutes. With this router the problem seems to have been solved completely. I no longer notice any glitches as I watch shows on netflix.

The router itself is pretty good, but one of the reasons I purchased it was for the DST adapter, and I could not locate a good signal with the adapter in my home. I returned it for a different router since that feature did not work for my situation.

Needed a replacement for my router - coverage on my 2nd floor was always spotty w the old one - we have 12 devices that use the WiFi - this unit w extender & online genie made installation easy. It still took time to update all the software & setup the network but not hard - just took time

Replaced an older Netgear router. Range reaches all throughout the house, and the DST is a big help too. Only thing is that it is MUCH bigger than my previous router. Tried a Linksys 3200 ACM first, and had issues with it. Seems that Linksys products and I just don't get along...

This router is a bit advanced for those individuals with little to no experience. However, it produces the required distances I need in order to stream my music to my pool for myself or my guests to enjoy. Overall, very happy with this purchase and recommend it to everyone when they ask for possible upgrades.

I had trouble with my internet providers router - it made using the internet impossible. The moment we got this beaut hooked up that old router was a distant memory. I've never had such a great connection. Thank you Best Buy for the recommendation. Saved me a TON of frustration.

Set up is easy. We have it in the basement storage room of a 3 level house and the signal, supplemented by the dead spot terminator (DST) adapter is strong throughout. We use WiFi for productivity and streaming video (Netflix, Amazon, etc.) and have had no issues.
