Picked this router up because the one I had through my cable company wasn't able to handle my new security cameras. Once the tech guy got it programmed, I haven't had any problems. What a relief!!

My previous router's wifi crapped out all of a sudden, so I didn't have much time to research a new one. Ended up getting this one at Best Buy only because I had a $100 gift credit to use and it was bundled with the range extender. The wifi reach seems decent and the router was fairly easy to hook up. But it is big (as some reviews did mention) and takes up a lot of real estate. It also causes "interference" (noise) to the PC speakers. Also, it was more expensive than comparable routers

I have had no issues with the router once it was set up. However, the setup was tricky as it kept saying it had no internet. Appears there may be a software issue with setup but, again, once set up it works great.

I was having very little luck with the wifi router provided by Fios so I figured I would give this a shot. I know have full wifi through out my house and backyard. This thing is a huge upgrade!

I love this router, the best feature is that it gives me two different WIFI signals, I use one for the PlayStation and the home computer and one for all the other devices. No more buffering!!!

Router was easy to setup. Footprint of the unit is large when placed flat on a shelf or desk. DST unit that comes with this leaves lots to be desired. Should have bought a lesser cost unit without the DST option.

I had an issue with the Wifi connection reaching all places of my house before installing this set up. Once I got this set up connected and up and running, I haven't had a problem since.

Once our duel band Night Hawk router was set up we have had no issues or dead spots ! Even our back deck reception is working and working well ! Very important to the whole Family.

I had been haviNg coverage problems in my residence WiFi network and soMe areas had much slower download speed. Installation of this router and tuning of network by GEEK Squad. Technician solved my problems

We have a two story house with a basement. Router is located in teh basement but now we have no problem receiving wireless singnal in out 2nd story loft/office. Very happy with this router

Not being technical minded about computers, I can only say this router has been a life-saver. We needed wi-fi and had been previously unable to get it. God Bless the Geek Squad!

The 4 way split and reliable connection is awesome, but the best part is the DST that killed all the dead spots on the 3rd floor. Now every room in the house has a strong connection,

Great strength around the house. Worked well and helped clear some congestion from previous outdated router which did not have ac wireless tech onboard. Helped newer devices quite a bit

I have Google fiber and their boxes not real good for ranch style homes. ( Loose signal in bedrooms) so this was recommended by bb employee and wow! Full signal! Love it!

With the new router we now have great connectivity all through our home. This item was recommended by two separate sales persons and has worked very well. Set up and install was super easy.

The tech set this up. She was very knowledgeable. So far I am seeing great wifi and internet reception. Before my Netflix was stop working and I would have to start the program over.

Was having issues in parts of my house with my wireless internet so I purchased this ac router and range extender and they work great. No more dead spots and no more resetting my router.

I randomly walked into a Best Buy not expecting to get this but I'm kinda glad I did. I think you can get better prices online and then have Best Buy match it. I blindly bought it but no regrets here.

This router is an amazing solution to getting wifi around the whole house. And you can always add on more if you have a huge place. It also has an ethernet connection if you need it

Not a tech guru - bought it and got it installed easily, haven't had any problems. We run a lot of things - 2 xboxes, apple tv, smart tvs, phones... no problems with connections or speed
