I have to admit that this router has a very powerful signal range. It came with a signal extender that I did not have to use since signal reached every corner of my place.

So nice to have a piece of equipment that works just like the sales rep said it would. No more dropped phone calls. Super fast Internet. And it only took minutes to install

Had to replace this exact unit after it was hit my lightning. Bought it again because it carries wifi over my 2700 square foot home with no lag. Great for home use

Good router but Dst adapter often disconnects. Resetting both the router and adapter fixes it for awhile. That may be a Windows 10 issue.

There are 2 channels to assign devices to; one for the family like the Roku and computers, the other for cell phones, etc.

The router was very easy to set up and the wireless extender worked right out of the box. I now get a wireless signal where I didn't get one before. Highly recommended!

Geek squad tried for several hours to get the Night Hawk to work. I was defective according to the tech that came out. Finally had to reinstall my R7000 to get online. The extender did not work as it has to have a clear line of site and will not go around walls nor through them.

This helped provide excellent WiFi signal through my apartment and house and well into the backyard and outside areas

I have really had problems with Routers for over a year. This Router fixed them all. I love thus router and it has made my network much more efficient and faster.

Have the Netgear and Adapter and my signals are great throughout the house. Thanks to the sales lady who recommended it at Best Buy. Happy with this product.

I live in a large house with lots of walls and electronic signal interference. With this wifi router and extender I now get good wifi signals all over the house.

I had trouble with my old router. I couldn't get reception throughout the house. This router works where my old one wouldn't. I am getting great reception.

Disclaimer: I received this free of charge on the condition I share my experience of use in my home and setup thoughts. Overall I had this up and running in about 15 minutes. I was able to clearly read the instructions and even queried my girlfriend on the setup instructions to see if she understood as I went through it. She didn't have any issues at all like myself other than 1 hiccup -->I initially had the units plugged into surge protectors like I do for everything else. Powerline adapters do not work reliably when plugged into surge protectors, so be sure to plug this directly into the wall and it will be rock solid and you can stream to your hearts content. Overall this was one of the easiest setups I've ever done for a new wireless router in my home. It is super easy on any device, even from a mobile phone, which is just crazy. I prefer interfacing with this since there is an app OR a webpage instead of just an app like my older apple wireless router. A few things I really like about the unit: + Super easy setup of the main router as well as the adapter + Fast throughput with exceptional coverage in my home + Easy management from any web browser as well as mobile app + QR code generator in the app to share wifi credentials with guests + Simple, clean, nice category 6 shielded cables included(2 of them) + Once setup you can easily shut off traffic lights on the adapter to make it draw no/less attention if placed in a room. + Powerline adapter has been solid streaming 1080p video when plugged in 50 feet away on the other side of my house + Default Wifi credentials which are included are actually decent/easy find for first time setup and if you would like keep it for permanent use + All in “one” product. I don’t need to take 2 trips to the store to get a router, then get a set of powerline adapters then hope they work together + I had about 15 wireless devices on at one time when I had a couple friends over to test and we all still had pretty solid experience while streaming music and video + Having the availability to reach out to Best Buy tech support if something goes wrong and get assistance quickly. What I don’t like about it: - Only one adapter included at the price. It might be good to have two, but then again it might bump up price and not be needed for most homes - Having to plug high end electronics in without a surge protector just makes me a little uncomfortable but this really can't be faulted since that is how all powerline adapters work.

Looks good on a gaming desk. I bought it to set priority to my console. Since then I havnt had issues with connection in game while others are using wifi.

Glad I purchased the extra Geek Squad warranty, The agent was very patient and communicated to me at my level of expertise so his instructions were easy to follow,

We have Xfinity internet. When hooked up directly to router.......fast as turn a page in a paper book. However, wireless speeds are all over the place even sitting 10 feet from router. Sometimes as slow as 1.5 mbps to as fast as 112.4 mbps. It's not the provider because hard wired only fluctuates by 1 mbps. As far as extender: pretty good got a strong signal in about 95% of a 3000 sq ft home even in the yard. No dead spots.

I love this net gear router with dst. Our house is 1900sq/ft but is brick. We never got great service upstairs until we got our netgear router with the dst.

This router works great. It comes with a DST (Dead Spot Terminator) adapter, but I have not needed to use it since the signal from the router is so strong.

Easy installation and set up. Once it was done. We could catch WiFi through out the 2 story house and garage. My family is enjoying the product immensely.

This totally made playing my PS4 fun again. My old connection was so slow and hooking this up made all the difference in the world. Totally worth every cent.
