It's good router but the wifi extender that comes with it did ent make any difference in getting wifi in the dead zone of the house

We needed a faster router to upgrade our internet service and this one works just like the salesperson said it should. Easy to install.

My old router died and we took the opportunity to upgrade to this one. It was a great choice.

I purchase this modem but its hard to set up the security features. I exange it once already. Other from that it works just fine

I bought this hoping to get Wi-Fi to a far corner of the house. It didn't work for us, I think partially because our house has a large addition with its own breaker box. Maybe that's obvious to most folks, but I could have used some warning. The area needing coverage is on one box, and the router is on another. When I took the extender to the area needing coverage, the LED indicating reception between the router and extender was red. If I used an outlet in the part of the house on the same box as the router, the LED was green. Having said that, I was also disappointed in the Wi-Fi range of the extender, even when on the same box as the router. I was able to try an outlet on the same box as the router that was fairly close to the dead area, but we still didn't get useful Wi-Fi to that area.

I had a little trouble working out the bugs with getting router set up. the tech support needs to be a little bit more knowledgeable

this router is one of the best routers money can buy, definitely make your connection more stable and ping is lower

Product was so easy to setup l, more like plug and play! Also DST works like Power of Ethernet, solid connection!

Since being installed by Geek Squad, we have had no problems with Wi-Fi going in and out. TVs are nice and clear!

Geek squad installed. We went to direct tv got rid of cable. It's running all our devices and working well

I can use this router 2 blocks down the street. I've never had any signal strength except "very strong".
