    The setup was not smooth; When I called netgear to ask a question they told me that only Geeksquad could assist - it is a Best Buy exclusive and they would not even answer a question. When I called Geek Squad, they insisted that it was not covered under the 12 month service even though the box and enclosed paperwork gave me a code. Finally they answered my questions after I paid for a support call which it took a bit of effort to reverse the charges for. I would certainly not suggest this product unless you are confident in your setup capabilities or have an existing Geek Squad support contract.

    Purchased as a replacement for an older router, also looking for one to extend coverage and eliminate the dead zones. After setup, there was an issue with connection - called Geek Squad since this model comes with phone support. Was told that they do not have any techs who know how to troubleshoot or provide service for this model, and was told to contact Netgear directly. Called Netgear, they do not and will not provide any kind of support since this is a Best Buy Geek Squad device, said to call Geek Squad. Returned for a Linskys that worked perfectly.
