    I'm almost certain I was just unlucky enough to get a defective device. Netgear has always served me well in the past, not so in this case. Or it could have quite possibly been Geek Squads remote installation that was the problem. It kept dropping my devices (when it worked at all) and the DST was utterly useless. If that wasn't bad enough, my computer started shutting off. Geek Squad advised me to take the computer in to a Best Buy location and drop it off. Not really an option for me. I thought they should have offered to send someone to me. Tried getting help on line three times to no avail and just took it back and bought an ASUS.
