Great all in one modem router

Great alternative to renting

It offers voice service, which I have, and has wi-fi as well. I don't have to worry about rising rental costs from Xfinity anymore as this will pay for itself, however, you do lose out on the Xfinity wi-fi options that they offer and what Netgear provides isn't as robust, but it does give what's necessary.

Beats comcast's router
