    I upgraded my route to the Netgear and it was a world different! Make sure you follow all the steps in the user guide, as i did not and went through a lot of trouble shooting issues. But once i went back and followed all the steps of the user guide it took less than 10 min to have it up and working.

    I Honestly don't know why I bought this, there's far better routers now a days. Best part is I used it for a month before switching to fiber optic internet by frontier.

    I would have rated higher if the manufacturer or Best Buy could tell me what optional battery works in this thing. The folks at Batteries Plus couldn't even help me on this one. Too bad because it is a nice modem, just too difficult to figure out the optional battery. Best Buy should at least tell what battery model number to use.
