COMCAST COME GET YOUR ROUTER COMBO!

Make sure you follow all the steps in the user guide, as i did not and went through a lot of trouble shooting issues. But once i went back and followed all the steps of the user guide it took less than 10 min to have it up and working.

Optional battery- good luck figuring out

The folks at Batteries Plus couldn't even help me on this one. Too bad because it is a nice modem, just too difficult to figure out the optional battery. Best Buy should at least tell what battery model number to use.

Easy set up, WiFi is fast!

This one was easy to set up, well, a bit of puttering, I got confused about the admin ID vs the ID on the back of the router, but after I figured that out, pretty straightforward. WiFi is fast compared to the cable router. All of my Alexa enabled lights and switches paired easily except one. I still can’t get it to see the router. Quite bothersome, and I will likely have to replace it. Sigh.
