Easy set up, WiFi is fast!

This one was easy to set up, well, a bit of puttering, I got confused about the admin ID vs the ID on the back of the router, but after I figured that out, pretty straightforward. WiFi is fast compared to the cable router. All of my Alexa enabled lights and switches paired easily except one. I still can’t get it to see the router. Quite bothersome, and I will likely have to replace it. Sigh.

It has more than paid for itself compared to paying monthly rental fees to Xfinity, and from what I've heard they don't have very good modems. It has good enough wifi range for us in our little two bedroom house and mid size yard.
