Was a little tricky setting this router up with Comcast service. Had to call Netgear to get a code but it works well and the bandwidth is great since my garage is farther from the hose and I can still stream music on my phone. Would definitely purchase again.

We bought this router because my son who does online security found it also has a built-in VPN. I was glad because I wanted to keep my home phone, but knew we needed added protection for the land line. Glad we updated our old router, which was only a year old.

This is my second one. 1st one lasted 5 years. I would recommend this product if you don’t want to rent equipment from cable provider.

Many AMAZING things to say about this unit however after many avenues to make sure this works with Cox Cable, the final answer was NO. So I can no longer use this specific model with the service I now have to run *SadFace*

So far this equipment is working great. I don't have absolutely any issue. I have a big house and I can connect all my devices from everywhere.

Bought this to replace the one xfinity supplied. I was tired of the rental fee and decided to buy my own and well worth it. If youre looking to switch to owning one, this one is a great one. Since I bought it, it never failed to disconnect me.

Our internet wifi was constantly going off. Decided to upgrade. WiFi is now much more stable. Although it is slow at times, I think this is a function of our ISP an not the router/modem. Set up was extremely easy.

I had to replace the one I had originally bought. these only last u to 2 years and you have to replace. I thought I would save paying comcast monthly to rent router but it actually comes out about the same price wise cause you have to keep ugrading

I am happy that I have purchased this product. I brought because I was tired of paying Xfinity extra money. This is the best decision I have made.

So happy to have purchased a quality, dependable, excellent Wifi for my personal rather than paying rent on a lesser quality wifi.

This router will work well for you for all Xfinity products except if you have the Xfinity home security. the security system will not connect to the wifi ( multiple attempts from comcast to fix the issue)

This modem has been working great. It has 2 VOIP telephone ports, 4 ethernet ports and is a wi-fi router. I have been able to retire my Netgear R7000 wi-fi router. This has saved me about 2 square feet on my home desk.

My download and upload speeds skyrocketed after I upgraded my modem from the stock one Comcast provides with to this one. I play a lot of games on my PC and can definitely assure you my latency and ping has tremendously improved

I’ve been charged leasing for my modem from Xfinity over and over the years! Guess what I found this modem works absolutely great with my Xfinity internet.

This will get the job done. As the newer technology comes out, keep your eye on this gem for a price drop. If your bandwidth needs are moderate to modest...you'll be fine with this for years to come.

This is going to help me save some money, free me from Pharaoh, allow mw to watch him drown in waters that he can't swim in, get me through the wilderness, and into my promised land.

We are able to play LAN games downstairs with the router upstairs. Also we were doing kindle and tv streaming at the same time. We have a brick home. It has a couple of USB ports, and I was able to easily mount a hard drive for the network.

Can’t speak much on the speed, as my current plan does not approach the limits on this modem/router. However, we have a 4-level split home and have no problems with the WiFi signals.

It bothers me that this router with WiFi is just good for Comcast. It does have a phone jack for phone VOIP. I like the way it looks and it interfaces well with Arlo. It also has a battery backup but that’s separate.

I purchased this router/modem, so that I wouldn't have to rent one from my cable provider. It's working well, and will more than pay for itself; in the long run. Well worth the money, IMO.
