Netgear provided a product which was a little complex to initiate. The comcast technician initiated the access due to some lightning strikes on my house however ever since, no problems.

The Arris kept on losing my network connections, many times causing me to have to reboot my whole system. Since switching to Netgear not a hint of a problem.

I purchased this router/modem combo a few weeks ago and have had connection issues every few day. Always get a "ethernet does not have a valid IP address. My Internet signal is always very good but have to go through a act of congress to get anywhere with Netgear support. I truly think this mess is going back to the store!!! I paid too much money to go through this every few days

I purchased this to accommodate faster speed at new house we were moving into. I needed to return it, because it wasn't the latest model and could not handle 1G speed.

Bought this so I wouldn't have to keep paying to rent one from my provider. Was easy to set up with a lot of help from the customer service at NetGear. Excellent customer service!

Modem was awesome range is great, but this unit will not work with Cablevision voice. I highly recommend it you have Xfinity

Replacing an older modem to get voice, I selected this unit from the Comcast list. Everything on the hardware end was easy, everything on the Comcast end was a different story entirely!

It didn't take a lot to connect and my wifi service provider (Xfinity) recognized it quickly for minimal interruptions in service. Only took about 5 minutes.

It’s decent, not QoS setting on this one or at least that I can find. Xfinity has a better faster connection with the newest model router they offer xb7 I think it’s called. All in all go on eBay and get an xfinity modem router combo the latest white xb7 save a lot of money and time and hassle

Replaced my box, works great. No longer paying cable company those extra fees.

I'm not only paying the monthly rental fee to my cable provider but I feel like the quality of this modem/router (with phone capabilities) is better than the one I was renting before

Buying our own router has sacrificed zero functionality and the unit will pay for itself. Grab this one if you require a phone jack - it's more expensive, but that's the option available.

The setup with Comcast was horrible but the product is amazing.

I am throughly pleased with this buy. I purchased this device to replace my Comcast modem so I could save money and it works like a charm. It works well with my cable and phone service.

I don't know much about Modems, bought this based on recommendation. We always have several wi-fi items going in different rooms and on the deck -- always works well, no issues.

Works so much better than cable modem. Great 2 in 1. Only drawback is no built in circle by Disney so I had to return for a simple router

To avoid the monthly charge for renting a modem through my internet provider I decided to purchase this modem. This has definitely saved me money.

This product has done great and allowed for faster speeds than the rented modem through my cable company. Great product that will save you money in the long run.
