Modem has lost telephone 2x, no reply from geek sq

Was able to get it working again by turning modem off and restarting. Should not have to do this on new product. And, have not heard from geek squad guy after e mailing him. With this stay at home order, have not gone to store to make inquiry. Otherwise, giving me good wi fi signal.

works just and fast
