    Lasted less than 2 months!

    Device started failing after a month of use. Totally failed after 45 days. Spent 90 minutes on the phone with Linksys support to finally be told that they would replace it. Have to spend $$ to get it replaced quickly after just purchasing a $370 device! This is absolutely insane! Think twice prior to purchasing this product!

    Product failed (Constantly resetting) within warranty period. Replacement sent failed in the same manner with in two weeks. After several calls was told I needed to purchase a new modem. Would strongly recommend against this model for this reason.

    Not compatible for U-verse

    Whoever is planning on getting this or considering buying this product need to understand that this doesn't work with at&t u-verse internet, which I had to learn the hard way. What I wish this product would let you know on the box that it's not compatible to certain internet providers. I hope this helps anyone that read this

    Not Contactable with Comcast Xfinity

    While I was told this was compatible with Comcast Xfinity, it is not. I am often told the wrong thing at BB. I am pretty sure Comcast is running DOCSIS 3.1 or 3.2 now. Either way I just use the new modem Comcast gave me and it works great. Most of the time... Hey it's Comcast...

    It never worked properly

    This Rounter has never worked properly. Comcast came out twice to check the problem and in the end claimed it was the Router losing power or whatever. T.V. Would go in and out they changed lines, did resets and nothing worked. Too late to return u only get 16 days.

    Difficult to set up with the cable company, never works 100% with my computer wire connection. And it no hold de settings and the warranty are due. Only with ups and downs works for 18 months.

    returned it as i couldnt get it to work. I have set up several routers and modems and never experienced this where it just wold not work

    Router failed in 1.75 years. Not a good investment! Router kept on rebooting and was always losing internet connection with xfinity.

    This item was returned it wasn't compatible to Comcast cable provider. On the box it state that it is compatible to comcast cable.
