Since then, this modem has not had any drops; it works flawlessly. I recommend it without reservation.

Looked through yhe reviews before purchasing and it seems like the bad reviews are from the ignorant ppl that didn’t do research on how to actually use the modem rather than renting from an ISP. Works absolutely amazing with the ORBI wifi 7 router. No complaints at all other than having to configure the network myself which is great because you can control everything yourself

We got new router and satellites at the same time. Easy set up and the WiFi now is super fast. WiFi 7 on our tech that is capable is great. Know need for the name brands or more expensive brands that will do the same

Easy to use and a great price

It’s ease of use and set up make troubleshooting and pinpointing devices on my network easy. Plus it can handle a variety of devices and the Netgear app helps to keep everything organized.

AWESOME PRODUCT

Granted I had to contact my ISP to help connect the new modem, but it was very easy to do.
