    I've had to buy three of these in the last three years. They work great for the first 6-8 months but then gradually start having issues with dropping the connection and the LEDs dying. This unacceptable for such an expensive modem advertised as being designed for gaming and high quality internet and hardware.

    Sucks. Super expensive and it’s already fried. Never worked well from day one and positively zero assistance to repair or replace. Save your money.
