Easy to setup and performs great my second Netgear modem. What can I say about Fletch? He's been fantastic. He boxes out for us, gets the tough rebounds and does the tough things that we need to win. It's great working with him. I don't know where we'd be without him.

Seamless to connect and since I already have Orbi it was a breeze replacing the modem. The speeds are good and I did not need to restart it yet. Clearly a next gen modem.

Easy to set up and incredibly fast speeds. You do not have to be a tech person to know how to set this up. We updated our routers as well to go with this modem.

This Nighthawk modem is a beast! So glad I upgraded to this modem and dumped the Xfinity Gateway modem that couldn’t even handle the WiFi strength that I was paying for! I’m getting my full 1 gig WiFi speeds, and it has been amazing! WiFi connections are faster, no more buffering, overall performance has been fantastic! I combined this modem with the Orbi router mesh system, and I get solid WiFi throughout my entire home. The performance of my equipment connected to the WiFi has improved dramatically. I would definitely recommend this modem!!

Stop paying the cable company a monthly 'tax' to rent their hardware. This Nighthawk setup was a breeze to activate through Sparklight's tech support. It runs much cooler than my old modem and the connection stability is night and day. It’s definitely an investment, but with the future-proof DOCSIS 3.1 tech and high-split support, I won't need to replace this for years.

Best decision I made in buying this!! I used to have to restart my system all the time due to dropping of signal and now I haven’t had to do it since setting up this router. Mind blowing how easy the set up is. I have a good size home at a little over 5,000sqft and have TVs in every room, my kids are huge gamers, I work remotely, and our home is set up as a smart home. Everything in my home uses wifi, with this system we haven’t had any lags, drop of signal, or anything to that sort. It’s amazing!! Definitely recommend!!!

Good modem. Fast speeds easyvto set up on xfinity!

Fast and a bit better looking than most other modems. I have a gigabit service to my home, and using an Eero 6 router I can achieve 800Mbps+ download speeds with this router. There are more than 50 devices on my network and I've never had speed or interruption issues. Really recommend this modem.

My former cable modem/router failed. After consulting with Best Buy, I decided to purchase a separate cable modem and router. The ease of connection was greatly appreciated. The huge benefit is I immediately received a significant increase in my internet speed. I am sold on NETGEAR products and the value received for the money spent. The other intangible is Best Buy consulting. Overall, a great purchase experience.

Was easy to connect. Worked great out of the box. Much faster than my older one.

I had xfinity xb6 and xb8 gateways and where poor performers. I hooked up this netgear cm2050v modem along with my netgear rs700 router and its a great system now. I have the 1gig internet service with home voice and my download speeds are a consent 1180 mbps down and 82mbps up no matter what time of day it is. The modem has the latest firmware upgrade installed in it.

xfinity upped my speed to 800. My old modem couldn't handle that speed. This modem is ace's.. Now I get over 800 on two different speed test program. I'm sure to get a few years out of this modem.

Easy setup, fast speeds, I would recommend this product.

I recently upgraded by modem from the Netgear CM1000 to this new model. The setup was very easy (easier than my last unit) and I immediately saw a substantial increase in the download speed from a max of 20 to 200mps and a upload speed of 1ghb! The only downside was the price point. I was previous getting 500mps on the CM1000 at a price point of $150 in 2016. Now to jump to $300 USD seems a bit pricey. I do recommend this product to people like me who need speed at the home for work but defer to others to use a combo unit at $249 or a lower model for a reduced price.

Great product. I upgraded to this from the CM2000 Cable Model. The CM3000 takes full advantage of the most recent internet cable provider system upgrades. Previously, I was seeing just under 2Gb/s download and 35Mb/s upload. Now, I'm seeing about 2.6Gb/s down and 350Mb/s upload.

Xfinity finally decided to upgrade the network in our area so we could get faster speeds. The main issue was mostly the upload speed. After the upgrade, I needed a new modem to take advantage of it. I had a CM1000 before and it's been great, so I got this CM3000 to replace it. Upload speed has significantly improved, to the extend Xfinity offers in the plan anyway. Also allows me to prep for other network upgrades to make my stuff multi-gig ready!

So much faster right out the gate. The older model does not support the demand of these extreme speeds. This newer version does the job

This product is better than the cable systems equipment. I've had less buffering and quicker response and downloaded speed to enhance my streaming capabilities.

I upgraded to the Cm 3000 from the spectrum supplied cable modem and glad I did. I also did upgrade my isp to 1 gig. Matched with the new netgear router my tv views are a lot more vivid and there is no lag in web browsing. These products are a little pricey but they are sure wort it to me and family
