But this unit has been working very well and have always had great luck with Netgear products.

Super fast cable modem! Pricey, but worth it!

Installed this new Netgear Nighthawk cable modem and instantly started receiving the expected speeds! I'm paying for the 1.2Gb/s speed with Xfiniity and am pulling near 1.4Gb/s speeds down. This modem has been superbly stable and hasn't required any restarts either. I couldn't say that about the Motorola.

This cable modem came highly recommended by the majority of sites I came across. Bought it and it's been seamless and excellent. Set it and forget it.

Good for modem

And so far, there are no drops or laggy connections. It's been hooked up 2 weeks, so I will give it more time to really give it a run for the 300 dollar price tag.
