Great device, does what it's supposed to - although my current plan doesn't make use of the extra upload speed, it's good to know that it's there. Very minimal config, with just an interface for logs on the ISP side and a single option to toggle aggregation mode on the ethernet side - but this simplicity is good for something that is just supposed to be a modem and nothing else, IMO. Pricey, but I guess everything is these days.

Easy to setup, just has to contact my ISP with the MAC address and good to go! It delivers my advertised 2 Gbps connection!

Just bought a new home that only has Comcast as a service provider. This cable modem came highly recommended by the majority of sites I came across. Bought it and it's been seamless and excellent. Set it and forget it.

Definitely worth it for anyone on Xfinity X2 internet plan. It’ll pay for itself over time by saving on rental fees. Until recently you couldn’t use your own equipment on the X2 plan. This modem has the features needed to get full speeds and then some. With my Xfinity modem it seemed like it was resetting overnight and causing connectivity issues in the morning. That’s all gone away since installing this modem

This modem is exactly what I needed… I’m paying for 2000/300 download/upload and am getting all of it. I have been Xfinity customer for long time and didn’t want to switch to other services… I am very happy with this modem.

When I replaced my old modem with this one, even the Cox Communications techs said it was the best choice.

I recently upgraded to the Netgear CM3000 Cable Modem at home. My previous cable modem was from 2019 and Cox suggested I upgrade. I had a service call after the upgrade to maximize my signal and they did some things. This house is from 1962 and coaxial cable is not new. Currently getting a good signal. I can tell I'm in range on the modem's webpage.

Bought this to replace an Arris Docsis 3.1 modem which couldn’t handle the 1.2gig Xfinity speed. This thing handles it with ease and hasn’t needed the regular reboots that the Arris needed. This has so far been the best cable modem we’ve had in 15-20 yrs

Strong modem and works great for range and signal coverage. Please note, the lifespan of these are not great. They work for about two years before they stop working.

This fixed my slow speeds. I thought my router being 5 years old was slowing down my internet but I bought this as well as a new router and I installed this first and my speeds came back and haven't dropped since.

Works without hiccups. Only currently using for Comcast but only get 1gps download amd 300mbps upload since the plans are so expensive!
