This router is cool looking, but with a bigger footprint than other routers that I've seen or used. It does indeed have a longer range than any other router also, though it did not cover our whole home. I am overall very satisfied with the router. It is faster than anything I have used in the wireless realm.

Even with DSL everything seems to working great with this router, would definitely recommend it to a friend.

We switched internet providers and wanted to upgrade our router to and updated and more capable unit at the same time. Looking at reviews and speeds plus price I decided on the Nighthawk AC1900. When the ISP tech came out to hook up the new service he saw the Nighthawk and told us it is THE router for gaming and streaming so that was reassuring. The Nighthawk app to control the router is simple and handy to have. Being dual band had been handy. All of our devices connect 5G except my wife's laptop for some reason. Having the 2.5 option is great. I had read some reviews of people having to reset the router and once we set it up we haven't touched it. Not the cheapest router but a good value and not crazy expensive. Nice knowing the router will never be the limiting factor for our internet.

Great router! Easy to install, setup and use. It has great range in my home. It even reaches the back corner of my house upstairs and the router is on the first floor on the other side of the house. You'll love it.

Nighthawk router is fast and remains a solid performer.

Our wireless in parts of the house was poor. A friend recommended this item and it has improved the signal a great deal.

Purchased this for my home office. Signal strength is incredibly strong. Not too much of a tech person, but I have 400mb download and 100mb up and this thing powers through with both 2.5g/ 5g wireless signals.

The router has been working fine to cover everything in our house.

This is a quantum jump ahead of the router provided by our internet provider. Stronger and longer signal and both channels are ours not a public WIFI hub. The phone ap that manages the router and network is great in the ability to see who is using the signal and limit use if necessary. Very easy to set up.

Has way better extended range than my last. I can use my phone and tablet outside on my home wifi now.

Bought this router to replace a similar model Netgear wifi router I bought at Christmas 2014 for my parents that died w/o warning. So far this router has performed well. Not a big fan of their setup app as I prefer to tweak some settings from typical defaults. The router seems to have a little better range than the last model - but if it fails like the last model, it will be the last Netgear I buy!

Works as intended. It doesn't slow down when my family has all of our mobile devices hooked to it. Lag is a thing of the past.

This is an awesome router for the price. I didn't want to spend $300 or $400 on a router and this one fit the bill. It is plenty fast for my internet connections and all of my other needs. The app makes it easy to use and manage from my phone or my computer. It is much more user friendly than my old router.

This router was easy to setup thanks to the setup wizard and Netgear Genie app. It doesn't require a lot of expertise, but if you are an advanced user, all the bells and whistles are there as well. Very pleased with how good the coverage and how fast the throughput is.
