Bought this to increase my wifi. Worked great with my security system and all my wifi devices

Appears to provide adequate signal strength for the smart tv located in another room, with slight exceptions.

When i first set this up, it worked great. Good WiFi coverage, custom network names and passwords, very reliable for a couple of weeks. Then, i upgraded my old cable modem, and something is broken. New cable modem works fine, plugged in direct to it. But now this router will only connect one or two devices at a time. Sometimes a laptop, nothing else. Sometimes an internet camera, sometimes an internet radio, but never connecting everything as it did just minutes before on the old modem. And the wired lan jacks also do not work all the time. I've tried everything i can, updated the firmware, but the random way it works everytime i reboot it tells me the router is the problem. Starting to work with support now, but this should not have broken so quickly.

Upgraded to this router for a couple of its features - dual band and guest network. Only downside was its size.

I do have to reboot once in a while but need to verify my cable modem isn't the problem. Very easy interface

This is our 3rd router to try and address drop in signals, slow response and frequent "reset/reboots" of routers in 2 story home. We finally found the PERFECT one in this NetGear model. No drops in internet connectivity, finally speed in a supposed to be "high Speed" network. Have not had to reset or reboot router since installing it in November. Highly recommend this model and glad I took my techie son's advice!

We had a old net gear that wouldn't keep up with what all we had this one is better and faster

Great product, works really well as long as you don't use Netgear FW, use DDWRT instead. Netgear FW keeps crashing the router whenever I start a big download or while multiple people are streaming.

EASY to install.......So Far, So Good WORKS GREAT!! I am extremely satisfied!

Easy setup, immediately boosted wireless network to basement allowing us to watch Netflix! We had been able to stream on tv upstairs with LinksysN router, but this allowed basement Tv to work without upgrading internet. We have basic Spectrum cable.

The router was easy to install and I have not had any problems in the 4 months I've used it

I purchased this unit to replace a smaller and older Netgear. Setup was easy and have not had any issues.

Had trouble getting signal in my basement but this router made all the difference in the world.

The new NetGear WiFi supported our new laptop purchase and is able to support all of our streaming service.

Updated to the R7000 from older Net gear router. Better wireless range and noticeably faster.

Once it was plugged in it did its magic and and my wifi was very fast and good. very pleased

The nighthawk is a reasonably priced great router. I had to restart my router manually for the former two cheaper routers but have yet to experience the need to do so with this router. There are better ones out there but they are almost double the price as well.

This is a great router. Easy setup and am now using this wtih Webpass google fiber internet. Getting great speeds more consistently. Bought this to replace an Apple Airport Express. That was a great router too but needed something capable of higher speeds.
