So I have had this router for a while and I can honestly say it works well

A great purchase. It was a good price and is great to have the whole house working again.

I've always had Netgear products and never had issues until this router. I had been using the 1750 for years with zero issues whatsoever. When I moved and needed a new router for my place in this town, I got this upgraded version. It worked fine for about about two months, but of course, just like clockwork after the return period is up, the thing keeps dropping the connection. Totally random, no rhyme or reason, but at least once a day now, the whole thing just freezes and drops the internet connection. It requires a complete router reboot to gain any functionality back. When it does work, it's fast and getting it set up and managed is quite easy, but what good is any of that if the thing doesn't work. All the smart functions of cameras and Nest thermostats etc, are completely useless with this router and really frustrating to not be able to use them when you're gone for a few days because your junk router needs to be physically reset. Of course, Best Buy was completely useless in trying to get a solution for this even only being 3 months old. When it fails, you have to go through the whole return process with Netgear which could take who knows how long, all the time being without wireless. Netgear products used to be pretty good. Maybe they've shipped the whole manufacturing process to China and everything now is just made with cheap, Chinese junk which always fails.

I needed to update my router and needed a faster and one to cover a larger home... this router fit the bill. We are running 4 iPads, 1 laptop, 1 printer, 2 smart tv’s and 2 cell phones along with handling our guests!

This is the best router we ever owned. We just moved into a new house with 2145 sq feet and we have no problems with internet throughout the house and outside. Very easy set up.

easy setup and operation it took all of 15 minutes to setup, the tech at the store was very helpful

Our dlink (slowest 802.11ac model) was just OK and the teens were complaining occasionally. So when I saw this on sale for a good price I got it. The browser based management works well and firmware updates are done entirely on the router, which is a nice bonus. You can also turn off the LEDs, another bonus. You're basically getting 2 routers in one, so you can keep the slow traffic separate from the rest.

Sounds expensive but my speeds doubled after my upgrade. Worth every penny

Unlike our last router, this one has proven itself far superior. Hasn't dropped the wifi yet, hasn't caused any lag or slowdowns yet and this is with two consoles, multiple tablets, a smart tv, a pc and two phones. Definitely worth the buy

This router was easy to install, setup, and the speed was incredible. the wirless to my computer was 179mbits the old router an N was around 50. so if your isp has great speeds then this router is for you! Good price Good Value Good support from Netgear!

Got this for work, works a million times better than our previous one. Highly reccomended.

Bought this to tie into a very low grade DSL modem. It works great and I don't have to reset the DSL box 4 times a day like I used to. The range of the Netgear Nighthawk is excellent and can easily cover a 3000 square foot home plus have range outdoors also.

When we cut the cable and went to a streaming TV service, we discovered range limitations of our old router. The Nighthawk solved that problem, plus it is the easiest device of its type I have ever setup and configured.

This thing is awesome, it works very well and has almost no lag in speed, I am very happy.

I had several spots in my home where coverage was spotty. In fact in my family room my smart tv woukd not connect. Once I bought this unit and installed, my coverage improved greatly and my smart tv connected without issue. Easy to install and configure

The set up was very easy until I had to make some changes. However finally figured it out and it worked.

My third NETGEAR router, and, as always, they are so easy to install. Software makes managing this device a breeze. Performance is great. Very happy with the Nighthawk AC1900!!!

The Netgear Blackhawk Dual Band Wireless Router was easy to install and works just great.

Needed something to replace my 5 year old router. This is an exceptional router. Super fast. Very easy to setup. No issues so far. I would reccomend to novice and professional users. Netgear also makes it easy to flash this router with custom firmware. Great for tinkering.
