The Netgear R7000 is a superb router for the price. The signal is strong throughout our large house. The 5GHz band is very fast with only a slight fall off with range. The router has been very stable with no rebooting required.

I fond the unit very easy to set up, put the password in all my devices and I was all done.

I ended up having to return this router because at least once per day the connection would drop. I would get alerts from my alarm system about the disruption and the computers would have no internet connectivity. This seemed to be on both the wireless and ethernet side. When it was connected it was the fastest wifi connection I have experienced. Lightning fast and long range. I was disappointed that it couldn't stay connected.

I bought this to speed up my current router and it work like the reviews said.

It receives signals very well. The internet gets the maximum speed with this guy, and I rarely get disconnections. If I do, it is the phone company problem, because I called.

Good product at a nice price. Speed and performance is good. Range on wifi should be better for having three antennaes though. Maybe some more firmware updates will improve that.

My old router wasn't very good and this one goes everywhere in my 2100 sqft house

My new Netgear is great.Was easy to hook up. Work as soon as I pluged it in.

This is the second model of this I have owned, our first one had a freak accident and stopped working. Super easy to setup, the NETGEAR wizard is really helpful, and the nighthawk app is a great addition

The instructions were good. I followed everything and it worked just as promised. The dead areas in my house came alive. I have a 2500sq ft house on 2-levels and no problem getting internet anywhere. My streaming on Netflix and Amazon works better than ever.

I bought this router to solve speed and range issues with the gateway provided by my cable internet company. The router was 1 2 3 to install and it performs great. Super fast and very user friendly and I am not an IT geek at all. Very happy with my purchase.

This router sets itself up. Just follow the on screen setup. Nice and easy.

I have an 1800 sq. ft. house and with this router in the back room n the first floor, I get plenty of internet speed throughout the house. I don’t have any slow spots.

There were problems in my computing/networking service that made my computer "act up" and run very slowly. After performing some basic checks it was determined that the router, although fairly new, was already old. I read online reviews and determined that this was the best one to purchase. It was the last one on the shelf and it was on sale; win! Everything is working fine again.

Finally a router that works as advertised and delivers the wireless speeds the other brands claim to be able to do. Only issue seems to be - and this may be the computer, not the router - is that I have the router on a schedule to stop broadcasting overnight and resume before I get up. My new computer seems to have connection issues since I have it running on the schedule. A disconnect and connect in the morning resolves this issue. Other than that, it works and even looks great. My android phone speeds are near 100 Mbps On the wired side, my devices are consistently the same as when I take the tests w/o the router in the network - up to 127 Mbps and always above 105Mbs. I recommend the Nighthawk because it exceeded my expectations and ended the misery I had with Cisco's Smart routers that I tried that were no better than my old D-Link DIR -655 router. Look no further, get this router.

It's a good router. I have a strong signal throughout the house.
