Great Nighthawk Router

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was easy to setup and I’m 82 so for you youngsters it will be no problem. I have in the lower level family room and it handles the entire home. We have twelve devices hooked to WiFi.

Performs Well, Simple Interface
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This router has been: - simple to set up with an intuitive user interface that's easy to navigate and, as a bonus, much more attractive than the one on my previous router - has an app that can also be used AND TRACKS FIRMWARE UPDATES- this has previously been my job to proactively to go and check for them - comes with built in Circle by Disney which, by far, has been the best tool we've found to help manage kid internet - provides good coverage in a >3,000sf home with 4 floors My only beef- we change our primary (non-guest) wifi password frequently; after each change it seems one has to be near the device to type in the new password. As we only have a limited number of devices attached to this SSID, it's not a huge hassle, but is different than my previous router.

It is a definite improvement over our previous router and allows us to fully take advantage of our high internet speed. Highly recommended.

Though we would like to have the option of broadband, it's currently unavailable in our area so our options are DSL or satellite internet. My husband and I both work from home and using the internet provider's router was maddening. The nighthawk changed everything.

Setup was easy and no issues as of yet. Speeds are excellent and no dropped signals. Overall a great all around router.
