not only is this crazy fast (if you have high enough internet speed), but you can access the 2.4 or 5 virtually anywhere in and around your house including outside on the deck which i love.

This router has been: - simple to set up with an intuitive user interface that's easy to navigate and, as a bonus, much more attractive than the one on my previous router - has an app that can also be used AND TRACKS FIRMWARE UPDATES- this has previously been my job to proactively to go and check for them - comes with built in Circle by Disney which, by far, has been the best tool we've found to help manage kid internet - provides good coverage in a >3,000sf home with 4 floors My only beef- we change our primary (non-guest) wifi password frequently; after each change it seems one has to be near the device to type in the new password. As we only have a limited number of devices attached to this SSID, it's not a huge hassle, but is different than my previous router.

this has awesome range.. far wider than my old dlink super n and looks so cool. got this at great price and easily hooked up. one of few on market at time supported my windows 8.1 network. was easy to install and extremely fast with the 1000 port speed

I am satisfied overall with my purchase. Installation went very smootly and I was able to make connections without issue to all my wireless devices. Range and signal strength is very good. Even though this router is a little pricey and large I am satisfied with my decision.

Bought this on sale as my old router was getting really old. Everything is working great so far. Setup was easy and no issues as of yet. Speeds are excellent and no dropped signals. Overall a great all around router.

Awesome router, crazy fast. Only cons is price and it is kind of bulky. I have my laptop, 2 iphones, ipad, apple tv, and my wifi tv hooked up to the router and their is no hiccups. I would recommend the router if you have a lot wireless devices at home.

I would recommend this wireless router to anyone looking for a wireless router that is easy to set up. On top of ease of setting up, I noticed better performance and better bandwidth on my home network.

This router was easy to set up and gives you lots of flexibility in the way you set it up. It is a definite improvement over our previous router and allows us to fully take advantage of our high internet speed. Highly recommended.

This router significantly improved the performance of our DSL internet. Though we would like to have the option of broadband, it's currently unavailable in our area so our options are DSL or satellite internet. My husband and I both work from home and using the internet provider's router was maddening. The nighthawk changed everything.

Got this router because the router AT&T provided was terrible. On that AT&T router I was pushing 10 Mbps and I was paying for 1000. With this router I’m now pushing 350-450 WiFi! I have really good signal!
