Really helped bringing out my devices, to the whole house.

The router is easy to set up and get going. The auto channel selection doesn't work so it put me on channel 6 along with every other person in the apartment complex. But it isn't like any router's auto-select works so that isn't too big of a deal. I just reset it manually after scanning the channels.

If you do anything over WiFi that requires a constant connection to the Internet, like streaming or WiFi calling (VOIP), then you will NOT want this router. In fact, if you read many customer reviews and the support site for Netgear, you'll notice a trend that recent firmware seems to be the cause for constant connection drops. As someone who offices from home, this has become a complete disaster for me with 10-15-second connection drops affecting video conferencing and WiFi calling. The recent reviews and complaints look to include most Netgear products, including Orbi (mesh wireless) which I was looking into as a replacement for this router. Given the consistent negative comments about dropped connections across their products, I'm concluding that their firmware needs serious attention. It's a shame, because I like the formfactor (size) of this device and the management app. Now I'm researching alternate brands for home WiFi.

Purchased router because we got fiber and our old router just wasn't getting the speed we were paying for. This new one works great. Easy to install and get running.

Should have gotten it sooner best thing with five Devices in the house

I was having issues with my regular router that was given by my cable provider and the signal was not reaching to the second floor. Solution.... I bought this device and what a change, fast signal, very reliable just fantastic.

Thiis unit allows our family to reach almost Gig Wifi speed

I was able to get the speed and range I wasn't able to get from what the ISP provided me with. Had no problem with dead zones that I had before or issues with streaming Netflix or playing games online.

Easy setup, good coverage in 2000 sq. ft. house. Don't have any dead spots and get great speak throughout the house. Have about 20 devices hooked to it from laptops, tvs, phones, tablets with no issues.

Our city just installed new fiber optic high speed internet. This router was recommended as the best with their new system. We are very happy with the ease of connection and the performance of the router.

Setup for this router was extremely easy! The instructions walk you through several different types of installations. Great signal all over the house as well as in the yard. Very happy camper!
